**************************************** Update - I miscarried a week after this appointment after 11yrs trying at 21 weeks pregnant. **************************************** My appointment was 11am . I arrived 2 minutes to 1 minute early due to my dog doesn't handle well with other dogs so I thought it be a case of go straight in for my dog to be given her vaccinations as arriving even earlier would cause further stress. As there was 3 other dogs there this agitated my dog so we were put in another room to wait. I was told we would be called into room when ready. I had to wait in the other room for 35-40 minutes and had to pop out to see how much longer we had to wait and was told not much longer as the girl on reception said she could hear the vet is finishing up, but I still had to wait a further 15 minutes. Was offered drinks. But to be honest I didn't want no drink I just want get my dog vaccinated and go home. As it's stressful enough seeing my dog get worked up which I know it's not the Holly Houses fault it's just the way she is being a patteddale terrier she's always been territorial. Plus the fact being 5 months pregnant and a high risk of miscarriage and waiting 11yrs to get pregnant the stress wasn't helping. When I finally was called into the room I told the vet I had to to wait 40 minutes to be seen he apologised, but I said it's not good enough especially when my dog is easy agitated by other dogs and I always make sure when booking that I tell the receptionist this. I said my appointment was at 11am not 11.40am that if your running half an hr late you should provide a text service to let people know so then I could arrived later! However he admitted he had seen the 11.15am appointment instead of my dog 11am appointment, Which shows a lot of incompetence. I am fuming under the circumstances due to high risk miscarriage and having a nearly 10 yr old dog that does not handle well with other dogs which I made the vets aware on booking her in. Which when my dog got to get weighed, there's a couple next to the scales with a dog who looked harmless but I had to shout over and stated she would bark at other dogs but neither vet asked the couple to move their dog while mine got weighed and neither did the couple make attempt to move their sick dog who went to sniff my dog on scale, which by rightly my dog turned round to go for the other dog luckily my partner had hold of her! I pre warned but nothing was done yet causing further stress for my dog and me. I am deeply upset about this. As like other reviews stated recently this vets use to be good but have gone down hill. Which I'll be making efforts to change my vets. Plus to the girl on reception I ignored you as you said bye as I was told if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all and if I had said something I probably would have said something that I would later regret as end of the day it wasn't your fault but the incompetence of the vet who can't read appointment times correctly or kindly ask a couple to just move their dog while mine got weighed. I'll be writing an official complaint to regan vets themselves. Read Less

Horrible place. Only in it for the money. First they have the nerve to say my dog "doesn't look overly sick" and then diagnoses her with kidney disease after taking nearly 1,000 from us. After one trip elsewhere we discover she has Cancer and Leukaemia. If you're pet is unwell, take them anywhere but here. Read Less

Very helpful and caring staff and vets, after my last vets refused to help one of my dogs that was in a lot of pain, due to me not having enough money left, even though I was being payed the next day holly house saw her straight away no problem Read Less

Brilliant practice. Great staff. I have been with them over 8 years with my 4 cats, but sadly only have 3 now. Family are registered to. I have taken various strays over the years and there has always been support and advice. Thank you xx Read Less
