I was walking my dog Jack and he was chasing after a ball. All of a sudden he began to cry and he couldn't use his back legs I carried him home and took him to another vets. The vet gave him morphine and told me he needed an MRI and surgery I went home and rang my pet insurance they stated that they would only pay out 2000 and the MRI alone was in the price range of 1500! I panicked and went on to Facebook to ask for help one of the vet nurses contacted me and came to see jack she advised me to see the vet in the morning and they could try the lazor treatment they used I rang in the morning and they fitted me in straight away the vet was great and explained everything to me it was touch and go for my dog and I was very worried they staff I feel recognised this and dealt with my dog (who is very nervous at the vets) and me they was very supportive and give me lots of advise to help Jack a week later of the lazor treatment and steroids he's not back to normal but he's using his back legs and he's beginning to actually like the vets and the people there as they always make a fuss of him. I can't believe the difference in him and it's all because of the vets I thought that when the insurance wouldn't pay out I thought that my dog would of had to be put to sleep due to lack of quality of life but they've given his life back and we are both really greatful and we can't thank you enough Read Less

Always a friendly and caring atmosphere when I've been with my daft as a brush black lab. I'd used 2 other vets before and he full on hated them but will always happily trot in and be weighed here. Feels homely but professional.Read Less

Just waited an hour, seen 2 people go in before me, who arrived after my appointment time. The receptionist took 15 mins to book me in, I'm not convinced she booked me in at all.
