Went to visit with my cat Milo as i suspected he had fleas, was told over the phone by the receptionist that there would be no charge for consultation and I would just have to pay for the treatment if any. so i went, got there few minutes early, had a appointment for 6pm i didn't get seen till 6:40 vet was quite helpful thank fully milo didn't have fleas. went to the front desk and paid for the items i purchased such as de worming and de fleeing treatment. came up to 32, however 3 weeks later i recieve a letter saying i need to pay 28.00 so i call them up, lady that answered the phone was very rude, not helpful at all. she explained that because i asked the vet on advise on milo that means i needed to pay a consultation fee, I asked why i was charged on the day which she didn't have an answer for. i then said well i don't think its fair for me to pay receptionist replied saying thats fine ill let my boss know to call the debt collectors What a JOKE !!! tribble experience Read Less

I have been going to Bell Brown and Bentley (Wigston) for many years now and have found them to be professional and kind in the good times and the not so good times. With the Four dogs I have had treated over the years (they have ranged from laid back, to hyper to aggressive) each one has been treated with care. Such a fantastic place. My dog, Titan absolutely loves it there because of all of the care, fuss and attention he is given. He is always so excited to go which is really nice to see. I love Bell, Brown and Bentley vets! The vets are always kind and gentle with the animals and explain the problem very well to the owner. Theyve cared for many of my pets including two cats, chinchillas, and degus and ive always had them returned to me safe and happy. Can't reccomend this vets enough!Read Less

Dear Team at Bell Brown and Bentley. Since Bobby came to visit for his first jabs and the brilliant recommendation to pop him in for a treat and to say hello even when he wasn't poorly so he wouldn't be afraid of the vets, the service and caring has been exceptional. Especially this year when Bobby the Boxer has to have a Malcest Tumour removed in July and today when he needed to be sedated again when we found another lump under his paw (thankfully the all clear). Great service provided by all members of staff (who actually remember you from past visits) and advice given over the phone, Facebook or in person. Whenever we have had to visit the BBB surgeries for whatever reason (including annual inoculations & check-ups, etc), we are always met with a warm welcome, friendliness, consummate professionalism, courtesy, understanding & support throughout..And at the most difficult of times when you must say "Goodbye" to your beloved pet (as we had to with both our Boys ~ "Floyd & Boo"), again they act with love, care, understanding & support. Our nearest BBB surgery is LFE, but we have used the BBB London Road surgery on a couple of occasions. This was due to an emergency situation, which arose when our youngest Border Collie Boo was in the process of being born. Thanks to the prompt action & skill of the Vet at this surgery at that time, she managed to save the lives of the Mother (Jess) & all her 6 puppies, including Boo. We were & remain to this day truly grateful & we cannot thank BBB Vets & staff enough for all their help & aid at that critical time. I have been a client of BB&B for 30 years with a number of dogs of various breeds and ages. Appointments are easy to make, you can see the same vet and advice is freely given over the phone.They have constantly been there for us through some difficult times and have always been both helpful and supportive. Having recently needed to use London Road in an emergency out of normal hours, I can only say Thank You to Mr Bell for the consideration and help given to myself and my dog in her time of need. David Bentley at LFE has been a continual source of help over numerous years and Colin Brown was and still is amazing for giving a very special dog of three an additional thirteen and a half years of a wonderful life.
