One of the worst veterinary surgeries I have ever visited. If I could give zero stars I would! On my first visit to the vet she couldnt decide wether our dog required antibiotics or not. So rather let...
One of the worst veterinary surgeries I have ever visited. If I could give zero stars I would! On my first visit to the vet she couldnt decide wether our dog required antibiotics or not. So rather let us decide. Very worrying that a veterinarian doesnt know the answer herself! Also incorrectly charged several times!
Our dog was later put to sleep. To which the vet responded im surprised you didnt give up on her sooner! Empathy.. this woman has none! I called several times to discuss details of the individual cremation. Not only would they not give me a price they were unwilling to discuss options, as we wanted a scatter tube.
I called again later in the week to ask if the ashes had returned.. still not knowing a price! and the wanting of a scatter tube ignored!
We were hit with a £278 bill for cremation of an 8kg dog and an unwanted wooden casket! Not only is the price ridiculous compared to companies such as pcs. They demanded the money and held the ashes captive.
They played an incredibly sick and twisted game regarding the ashes, causing my family unnecessary stress and suffering. Avoid at all costs! Unless you prefer a vet to medicate your pets on a whim and pull figures out of their arse!
