At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own. Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment. Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive. Come and see for yourself at your local Vets4Pets, why not take a practice tour?

Having used this practice for the last 18 months I always found the staff helpful and the Vets great with my dog. Considering I have been a monthly plan customer and spent around £700 last year on a dental procedure I would have hoped for better service than I received today. Due to work commitments I had overlooked the yearly booster vaccination, however when I called the Practice I was told I had until the end of March to have this done. I am on annual leave so called today to book her in and was told she needed the booster 5 days ago and would now need full vaccinations again! Poor administration I’m afraid! Read Less

They are genuinely interested in your pet and the vets are great with grumpy or nervous animals. They explain everything to you including all the risks of any treatment. If your beloved furry friend is sadly put to sleep they are sympathetic and will be honest with you about the prognosis, they will even send you a hand written sympathy card. I have taken 3 cats there and won't use anyone else now. My two current little girls actually love the vet and so did my grumpy old baby who recently passed.
When you walk in the staff are friendly and it is obviously clean. They will chat to you and fuss your pet (they go gaga over kittens and puppies) and really care. The animals are all happy to be there which i have never known in a vets. They can get you in at short notice and always give the best advice they can. If your animal needs an operation someone is with them until they come round from the anesthetic too.
They cost a little more than some of the smaller practices but i personally think that knowing my cats are in safe hands is worth those extra few pounds I spend on going there. I would recommend these vets to anyone who can get there.
They will follow up and I just can't speak highly enough of their attitude and diligence. I am very grateful for how much support they gave me when i had to make that difficult decision to put my cat to sleep and they were incredibly sympathetic and understanding.
