So pleased with the effort the vet has put into tracking down the problem with my precious dog. In December I did not think she would survive into the new year. Now, my ten year old dog is like a pup...
So pleased with the effort the vet has put into tracking down the problem with my precious dog. In December I did not think she would survive into the new year. Now, my ten year old dog is like a puppy. Thanks for your diligence.

Yesterday was my first visit to this surgery. I was extremely pleased with the service Cally and I received. I'm very happy that I have found a wonderful vet that cares for my beloved dog.

The nurses and vet were extremely kind,caring and professional when we had to take our elderly cat on his final journey, reassurance and calm gentle care were given? Thank You

Unfortunately our cat was shot & had to have her leg amputated. The staff at VetValue were fantastic though, really understanding & kind, and their 1st thought was always for our pet. Thanks to everyone there.
Only minor niggle was that there isn't enough car parking next to the vet, but that's nothing really.

First time taking my gsd puppy to the vet, lots of information, staff were really helpful and great with my dog. Weight off my mind to know there is a great and no nonsense vet so close by.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help if they can. The vet’s are extremely friendly and explain everything that they are doing to your pet.
The grooming service is an excellent choice for tidy...
Very friendly staff, always willing to help if they can. The vet’s are extremely friendly and explain everything that they are doing to your pet.
The grooming service is an excellent choice for tidying up your pets, and cheap for the level of service you receive.
The only downside is that the prices on the veterinary side are a little high, but you get what you pay for & I think my pets are worth the extra little bit of cash.

Try to fob you off with things you dont need. To me it was like they are after money only, its expensive. Because i was young looking they grabbed my dogs neck checkiing for micro chip like i stole th...

Because i was young looking they grabbed my dogs neck checkiing for micro chip like i stole the dog or something. Service is bad. But receptionist is lovely. We left in a heartbeat as i couldnt take it anymore.

Two of my dogs have recently been in to have their teeth cleaned and groomed. They could not have received better care anywhere else!!! The staff were brilliant, friendly and extremely informative and rang me throughout the procedures to let me know how they were. They also have their vaccinations here and again, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unfortunately our cat was shot & had to have her leg amputated. The staff at VetValue were fantastic though, really understanding & kind, and their 1st thought was always for our pet. Thanks to everyone there.

Two of my dogs have recently been in to have their teeth cleaned and groomed. They could not have received better care anywhere else!!! The staff were brilliant, friendly and extremely informative and rang me throughout the procedures to let me know how they were.
