Visited this surgery yesterday with my daughter and poorly cat Alphie. Service was wonderful. Friendly, caring and very professional. Alphie is so much better today after his treatment yesterday and should make a good recovery now the antibiotics and pain killers have kicked in. Would definitely recommend this practice to others.

The best vet practice I've found for miles around. Friendly, immensely capable and clearly pet-mad, one and all. I've been bringing my cat there monthly for weigh-ins and she's thrived under their care and attention (and lost almost a kilo!) I've seen the team comfort pet owners in the hardest of circumstances and their compassion is incredible. My animals are in good hands here.

They vets update you at any time of the evening, and when we had Harry put down unexpectedly they cleared the waiting room for us so we could grieve in a loving way xx

I have been extremely pleased with the care and friendliness of all the staff.
Whenever I have needed an appointment, there has always been some available for that day, if I have felt my dog couldn't wait longer.
I feel it's important that I see the same vet (if at all possible) as he knows the dog's history ( a bit like we like to see our own doctor).
My vet (Tim) has always been ready with excellent advice and apart from seeing him on the premises, is always ready to phone me if I need extra advice.

The advice and care that they give is without a doubt the best you could ever wish for. I wouldn't use any other practise and I think the horse would agree!

Through the years we are now on our 6th dog and the service has never changed. They treat both dog and owner with the utmost of care and sympathy when needed.
We have even taken chickens to them to be put to sleep but whatever the animal the standard of care is still the same.
Please don't change, just carry on all the good work and a big thank you for being there .

Have always received great service especially when our beloved 17 year old cat became ill and needed to be sent to cat heaven. It was a Sunday when the decision had to be made and the vet understood how upset we were and agreed to come to our home and put Mutley Moo to rest on her favourite spot on the sofa. The vet on call they day had the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism and put us at ease during the emotional and difficult situation. We now have two lovely moggies and when we've taken them for their check ups and jabs every one of the staff have been very welcoming and loving towards our furry girls.

The family Dog Star was sadly put to sleep on Monday. At 14 years old she was doing well for a German Shepard, but sadly her time had came. My mum and step dad too her to Town and Country vets, the vets were very sympathetic and helpful while dealing with Star. The next day we received a lovely card in the post from the vets, saying that they were thinking of us and sending our family their sympathy. Such a thoughtful and kind act. Highly recommend these vets not only do they give your pet the highest standard of service but they are also very supportive for the owner!

Brilliant Vets. My girls usually see Tim or Michael. They are always vet thoughtful of the animal and the owner... I have used them for the passed 15 years. 2 years ago when I had to make the awful decision to put Millie to sleep they were so understanding and treated Millie in her final hours with respect and dignity. The family Dog Star was sadly put to sleep on Monday. At 14 years old she was doing well for a German Shepard, but sadly her time had came. My mum and step dad too her to Town and Country vets, the vets were very sympathetic and helpful while dealing with Star. The next day we received a lovely card in the post from the vets, saying that they were thinking of us and sending our family their sympathy. Such a thoughtful and kind act. Highly recommend these vets not only do they give your pet the highest standard of service but they are also very supportive for the owner!

I have taken both my cats and dogs to town and country and have been so pleased with how friendly all the staff are and how quick and easy it is to get booked in! I needed my male cat neutering, rang on the Tuesday afternoon and they got him in on the Wednesday morning first thing! Definitely the best vets in harborough!

Absolutely fantastic service. My dog Buddy was nearly dead when I rescued him. If it wasn't for Town and Country I am pretty sure he wouldn't be here today.
