I cannot thank Crescent Vets enough for the care and support they showed to me and my cat when the unthinkable happened. My cat passed away suddenly one morning and even though I could not think straight and was in shock, Adele and her team were amazing and took care of everything! They were so understanding and supportive, and looked after my cat as if it was their own. I cannot thank Adele and the vet team enough for making what was a very sad time for me as easy and smooth as possible. It is clear that the staff care for every animal that comes into their practice and I especially like the candle that can be lit when an animal passes away - such a thoughtful idea!

At first very good, really caring and lovely staff. However the wound became infected and i was told i would have to have further operations as an expense to ourselves. Vet wouldn`t provide a monthly ...
At first very good, really caring and lovely staff. However the wound became infected and i was told i would have to have further operations as an expense to ourselves. Vet wouldn`t provide a monthly payment option and sent our pet home with a large open wound. On discussion with another vet this was deemed lack of due care and caused our pet to damage herself further.

Exceptional quality of service, emergency call out only took 15 minutes late at night, Amelia performed miracle life saving surgery for our main coon cat which was ran over and found after missing for 5 days. All the crescent vet team looked after our cat to a standard of 5 paw treatment. Also was more than willing to provide detailed reports morning and evening each day during recovery. Great work indeed and you certainly provided our cat a second lease of life which we are very grateful for. Which he wouldn't have had for sure if it wasn't for the crescent vets.

My poor cat Midnight was in a cat fight about 2.5 months ago and she came worse of, she had a very nasty wound and has been backwards and forwards to Crescent vets and a specialist vet in Derby. Lee has been excellent with Midnight, very caring and attentive to her and nothing is to much trouble. Amy, Kerry and everyone else that has dealt with Midnight have also been amazing and I am very grateful for their help and caring attitude. Would definitely recommend Crescent Vets!

I cannot thank Crescent Vets enough for the care and support they showed to me and my cat when the unthinkable happened. My cat passed away suddenly one morning and even though I could not think straight and was in shock, Adele and her team were amazing and took care of everything! They were so understanding and supportive, and looked after my cat as if it was their own. I cannot thank Adele and the vet team enough for making what was a very sad time for me as easy and smooth as possible. Vet wouldn`t provide a monthly payment option and sent our pet home with a large open wound.
