I have used these vets for at least 20 years. All the staff here are courteous, professional and friendly. They are reasonably priced for a private practice and you can tell that everyone who works there genuinely loves animals. Highly recommend their services. Read Less

It is always a pleasure coming to see the vets at Bell, Brown & Bentley. I can normally see the vet the same day, sometimes as soon as €in 15 minutes€ if there are appointments available. All of the staff, from reception through to the vets, are wonderfully courteous, extremely professional, and very empathic when it comes to dealing with any aspect of looking after your pet. I have been going to Bell Brown and Bentley (Wigston) for many years now and have found them to be professional and kind in the good times and the not so good times. With the Four dogs I have had treated over the years (they have ranged from laid back, to hyper to aggressive) each one has been treated with care. The worst vet ever. I had a bit of problems with paying my one bill a year or two ago because of the financial difficulties I have had in my family. I went there this year trying to explain that it was not my intention to not pay and that I am sorry and wish to pay the debt at the same time I had a kitten that I want to register under my name. They took the money they register my kitten and saw him once. I thought everything was fine but today when I tried to book in appointment for my very sick kitten they would not take him in because I had a debt with them and they don't care that it is paid off they will not see any pets of mine in there because of past problems. Have I not proved to them that I won't let that happen again. Dont I deserve second chance. Have they never had financial problems to understand and it's not like I left it I paid of as soon as I could. I have not left it thinking it will be forgotten. Read Less

Such a fantastic place. My dog, Titan absolutely loves it there because of all of the care, fuss and attention he is given. He is always so excited to go which is really nice to see. Dear Team at Bell Brown and Bentley. Since Bobby came to visit for his first jabs and the brilliant recommendation to pop him in for a treat and to say hello even when he wasn't poorly so he wouldn't be afraid of the vets, the service and caring has been exceptional. Especially this year when Bobby the Boxer has to have a Malcest Tumour removed in July and today when he needed to be sedated again when we found another lump under his paw (thankfully the all clear). have been going to this practice for over twenty years with our various dogs and cannot fault the team on advice or care for the animals, we are sure if it was not for the perserverance of this practice our welsh springer pup would not have survived the case of puppy strangles although it would not be fair to single one vet out but colin brown has always been an absoloute rock with our animals keep up the good work Read Less
