Alders have been so good to our family, through having lost an elderly dog, maintaining weight of a middle aged chap and emergency treatment for the young whipper snapper when he cut his ear and bled ...
Alders have been so good to our family, through having lost an elderly dog, maintaining weight of a middle aged chap and emergency treatment for the young whipper snapper when he cut his ear and bled all over the place! We trust Alders to keep an eye on the overall general health of them all and really appreciate the reminders and care we receive.

On visiting Alder veterinary precticr Bourne yesterday (29.3.16) I was more than satisfied as always with the treatment Wayne gave my much loved dog Tiny. The team at Alder are brilliant they are kind, caring, dedicated and I have every confidence in them when it comes to what is best for my animals. I would always recommend them.

I have been a customer for 13 years with my Jack Russell Harvey and also 2 cats. Harvey has multiple allergies and has been successfully treated with a vaccine. Wayne and Sylwia who have been his Vets for those years have been fantastic. With their professionalism and calm manner, it has made Harvey's monthly visits much better for him. The Veterinary nurses and receptionists are great and juggle very busy consulting times. Their pricing structure is very reasonable and I would highly recommend them for your pets.

Absolutely great veterinary service! Helped with my dog and when she passed away offered an excellent cremation service for us, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Excellent vets. My daughter came to visit and her dog broke a tooth. Went to other vets who said remove tooth. Went to see Wayne and he said tooth would be fine, and refunded all the money to my da...
Excellent vets. My daughter came to visit and her dog broke a tooth. Went to other vets who said remove tooth. Went to see Wayne and he said tooth would be fine, and refunded all the money to my daughter who paid for the tooth to be extracted because she was abroad. My daughter was very happy with the service so I took our dog there. Wayne was excellent gave lots of advice and we have full confidence in him as a vet so have moved our dog to the Alders. We left the practice a year or so ago when our German Shepherd was diagnosed with a heart condition and the old vet Roland was awful. Now back as good service, and caring vets are important to us.

Super Vets both Wayne and Deirdre are excellent, they listen and talk you through everything so clearly. No sales pitch, no rushing and so good with our dogs. It took us a long time to find a great vets and both the Spalding and Bourne practices are great. We always recommend them to our friends and family.

Lovely, lovely staff, spared time, listened to questions and history and gave excellent advice, despite being very busy - pre and post op for my pup. AMAZING minimal scar, which meant speedy recovery ...
Lovely, lovely staff, spared time, listened to questions and history and gave excellent advice, despite being very busy - pre and post op for my pup. AMAZING minimal scar, which meant speedy recovery - which was handy as pup not good at best rest!
No pressure/no sales pitch (which is why we moved from another local vet as lost confidence in what was suitable advice/treatment vs over-sold products/treatments.). Just GENUINE and CARING veterinary practice, which is all we want. Confidence restored! Thank you :)

Alders have been so good to our family, through having lost an elderly dog, maintaining weight of a middle aged chap and emergency treatment for the young whipper snapper when he cut his ear and bled all over the place! I have been a customer for 13 years with my Jack Russell Harvey and also 2 cats. Harvey has multiple allergies and has been successfully treated with a vaccine. Wayne and Sylwia who have been his Vets for those years have been fantastic. With their professionalism and calm manner, it has made Harvey's monthly visits much better for him. The Veterinary nurses and receptionists are great and juggle very busy consulting times. Their pricing structure is very reasonable and I would highly recommend them for your pets.

Excellent vets. My daughter came to visit and her dog broke a tooth. Went to other vets who said remove tooth. Went to see Wayne and he said tooth would be fine, and refunded all the money to my daughter who paid for the tooth to be extracted because she was abroad. My daughter was very happy with the service so I took our dog there. Wayne was excellent gave lots of advice and we have full confidence in him as a vet so have moved our dog to the Alders. Super Vets both Wayne and Deirdre are excellent, they listen and talk you through everything so clearly. No sales pitch, no rushing and so good with our dogs.
