i could not fault clee vets untill recently,when my westie had a small growth on his top eyelid removed,the operation whent well,no complaint there at all.the problem was i asked for an estimate of costs before the opp,to make sure i could afford it at that time,(being on a pention,money is tight} after the opp i was given a bill nearly twice the estimate,that caused us a few problems we did not need. and then to realy rub it in my dog needed to go back a week later to have a stitch removed from his eyelid,that took all of 3or4 mins and was then charged anouther £101 to take the stitch out.

Recently took the dog to Clee Vets for a urinary infection and cyst on rear. Had very limited discussion through facemasks which made the slavic accent? incomprehensible. Had to call nearly a week later to for the results which were "inconclusive" I was asked" how the dog was in herself" and I replied that she was ok. So was told to leave her.. So over £100 down and no further on. Wonder if the sample had been left too long. I think the that antibiotics given for the cyst may have alleviated but not cured the urinary problem. Dog urinary problem recurred so not happy with Clee went to Wolds. Given detailed breakdown of dogs present health, put on antibiotics and painkillers and given detailed plan for future treatment. All done over the phone so I could understand every word. Contrast with Clee who just took the money and ran. I had previously took dog to have stitches taken out, had to return several days later because they had missed several stitches.

Since adopting Wesley.. I have used this practice on a number of occasions. All that I can say is that they are all wonderful. The receptionists listen to your concerns and show genuine compassion and understanding. The vets and nurses are professional and most important so caring to the animals in their care. I cannot fault any of the team or the practice in general. I have used other vets before- but non can compare to this one. Many thanks to Mr Cooper and his brilliant team. I will be thankful forever for the care they gave to my beautiful Wesley.

My cat has been registered at this practice since he was six weeks old and now he is eighteen in human years which is eighty eight years in a cat's life. I recommend this practice however it is usual to be waiting half an hour to an hour past your appointment time but they're give good service.

Have been taking our cats to Clee vets now for years. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and you can tell they all love animals! The staff are compassionate and give you time to spend with your pets when it is time to say the last goodbye. They care for every animal as their own and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a vet for their beloved pet 😁

This is the best vets we've been to. The staff are extremely thorough, and clearly care for the animals that they see. Despite nearly always being busy, they never make you feel rushed, and always take the time to fuss over the animals, and make them feel comfortable too. The prices are extremely reasonable also, and we've never once felt ripped off like we have with some places previously. I cannot recommend enough.

Conveniently located with parking at the rear of the premises, you will struggle to find a better veterinary centre. Incredibly competent staff with oodles of experience between them .., nothing is too much trouble and should your pet need any advice or operations, I would have no hesitation in recommending Clee Veterinary Centre

Very kindly came out to our elderly boy (dog), who was in extreme pain and unable to move or be moved without causing more pain to him. This had been explained to our registered vets, but they still expected me to bring him to the practice; this I was not prepared to do. I knew what the outcome was going to be, and I didn't want his last hours to be filled with more pain and unfamiliarity. The vet who attended was gentle and compassionate, no more could have been asked. Thank you for your kindness and care.

Absolutely love the vets here everyone is so friendly! It's so convenient to get to as there the a parking lot behind it! There are two entrances into the practice and it's always clean! Everyone is kind and helpful you can even ask advice on their Facebook page which I think is great! I would recommend as I personally do not think they are overpriced I think they are one of the most reasonable priced vets in the area!

Clee vets is the best thay look after my pets like thay are children which to me having no children is the most important thing I lost two beautiful baby's one in may and one today and thay were so kind and understanding I am from London originally and I used vets there and in case you dont know i am patricia wakeman with the pugs never found one like Clee all the staff there are wonderful and so kind and Mr Cooper is the bee's knees I thank them all so much for everything . The staff at Clee Vetinary Centre are A-MAZ-ING! Yesterday (23 March 2015) I contacted the practice about a dog called Missy that needed urgent help and the centre gave it in spades. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and friendliness throughout the interminable phone calls and arrangements that needed to be made to get Missy there - and the quality of care she was given. Since adopting Wesley.. I have used this practice on a number of occasions. All that I can say is that they are all wonderful. The receptionists listen to your concerns and show genuine compassion and understanding. The vets and nurses are professional and most important so caring to the animals in their care. This is the best vets we've been to. The staff are extremely thorough, and clearly care for the animals that they see. Despite nearly always being busy, they never make you feel rushed, and always take the time to fuss over the animals, and make them feel comfortable too. This had been explained to our registered vets, but they still expected me to bring him to the practice; this I was not prepared to do.
