After being with a well known vets within a pet store and having a bad experience we decided to go with Lincvet. We was so pleased we did, they are so friendly and helpful. The vets them selfs seem like they actually know what they are talking about and again very friendly and helpful. I have in fact all ready told people how good a service we get here at Lincvet. The only thing I would love to see them do is there own out of hours instead of going all the way to the other side of the city. Apart from that well worth changing vets. Keep up the good work. The vets are always helpful in this surgery, they always give my dog the once over quickly even if he comes in just for a booster jab or to pick up his worm & flea treatment. The Pet Health Club is very good and works out same price or cheaper then if you got flea and worm without being part of the club, also get health check every 6 months and booster jabs and more. I am don't every happy bec I cancelled my care plan for my dog bec I am moving and in a few days I get a bill for 76 pound and I got to pay 10 pound for microchip n one of the staff said I save all my receipt for my things n I av got to pay for the microchip again bec I pay for it once this is for the wragby road one n the staff said I was every rude to them n there put the phone down on me n my wife phone up and till them she will pay it in December n she is send it special delivery Read Less

awful - i ran into personal difficulty when my partner left me abandoning hs cats at my property and refusing to consent to my rehoming them and refusing to pay for them. I also had a baby and a toddler. when I tried to explain my circumstances to lincvet they were rude and acted as if I was lying and had done something wrong. I could have accessed PDSA to pay for my cat but did not know this existed and they failed to advise me of its existence and continued to treat me like dirt when I entered the surgery. Then they wrote me a letter and suggested I cancel my cat payment plan if I couldn't afford the debt to them (which was run up on my ex partners cats) which left me with no way to afford to pay for my own cat. I honestly think advising people on their budgets and suggesting they forgoe ongoing cat care for old debt surely is unethical and beyond their remit as a vetinary surgery? Absolutely shocking how they have treated me and continue to treat me all because I am a single Mother trying to do her best for 2 cats abandoned at my property and my own cat which came to me as a stray anyway and I took on and cared for as my own!!!!!!!!! Prior to 2014 I was a private fee paying customer and during that time they treated me very well. Clearly they have no understanding and respect for people when things go wrong in their lives! This applies to the birchwood branch of this company. I was spoken to very rudely by one the vets and was made to feel very small after they didn't understand what I was asking but instead repeatedly said the same thing after admitting they never dealt with the animal i had owned b4. In the end I walked away finding wragby road vet very professional understand and knew straight off what I was asking and what was needed to do with better advice and professional spoken to. Since then had my cat spayed with them which was done at friars lane but handled by wragby. I'll Never go bk to Birchwood after the way I was made to feel so small. This was in June 2016 Read Less

Lincvet have been my vet for the past year since getting my first cat, Tallulah. Any concern that I have they are amazing at reassuring me and give me perfect advice. From the first consultation, they were friendly and welcoming. Tallulah has been seen by two different vets and every time they were fantastic and I feel that I can trust them with her, all the staff, reception, nurses, to the vets, show a real sense of love for the pets. I rang another local vets first before coming to you and they wanted to talk money before even seeing the kitten where as when I rang you you were more bothered about the health of the kitten and let me pay my vets bills in instalments, I didn't know if the kitten was going to make it but with your care the kitten is doing amazing and looking fantastic.
