I have used vet savers with all my digs over many years. Every treatment my dogs have required has been carried out with care and compassion.. very friendly and informative team. Nightmare, sent here by PDSA. Pay a 5 postal order to PDSA and vet fee and then the vet looks at your pet with no interest whatsoever in a large lump on my dog (we wouldn't have gone if we weren't worried) did no biopsy or drain or find out and deal with it, and then they charged us nearly 40 for 1 parvovirus jab- which is twentysomething at our usual vet and then vet moaned because she isn't spayed and allegedly WILL get pyometra(sp?) Why would I put an old dog thru an anaesthetic and a spay when she won't get pregnant? If she gets pyometra then I would say she has had a good life and have her pts. Read Less
