At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.

AVOID THIS VETS!!! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!
Our dog was examined by one of the vets, only to be told, there was nothing wrong, we paid for blood tests, (which we never received) she was sent home with diazepam. The next day we took the dog to another vets practice for a second opinion, as soon as the the vet seen our dog, they knew something was very wrong, an obvious swollen stomach, which took seconds to notice, turned out to be cancer, our dog was put to sleep that same day. They had asked vets4pets penny lane, multiple times throughout the day, for the blood test results, but they were told the test results were not available. We never did receive those results.
It can’t bring back our beautiful little family member, but we were so upset at how we were treated, we felt it necessary to write this review, we spoke to the practice manager at vets4pets who was a very defensive and arrogant man, who was extremely rude and insensitive. Constantly talking over us and dismissing us, We were basically told to ‘go away’ and he even said ‘I’m ending the conversation now’ to which he hung up the phone. All we asked for was a refund based upon not receiving the blood results and the examination by the vet which did not pick up on the obvious problem our little dog had. A reasonable request given the circumstance. ZERO EMPATHY.

Cant recommend this vet surgery enough to everyone. Claire and her team go above and beyond to help owners and pets feel as comfortable as they can. I have always struggled with taking my (extremely) bad tempered cat to vets, however Claire and her team were fantastic with her. They truly have the animals best interest at heart. I have taken my hamsters, rats and cats here and they have all received first class treatment.

My lovely boy Obe had major problems with his bladder and couldn't pee. He was in pain and distress. Clare explained to us what it might be and what treatment he may require. He stayed in for 3 days, I had phone calls from Clare morning and evening. He's home and well I can't thank her and her team enough. Everyone was so considerate and helpful. I'm glad I have found them for my gorgeous dude

I had been to and belonged to three other local vets in Liverpool and under traumatising circumstances happened to have come across the incredible Clare Bartram and her wonderful team when my less than a year old cat was found by my neighbour and rushed to Clare, hit by a car with his tail ripped off, maggots eating at his injury, blind in one eye, a dislodged spine and fractured front leg and big infected chest wound. Although this has been one of the most horrific times for me and my baby George to go through as pet and pet owner - having him saved by Clare and the care he and I received is immeasurable. Not only did she care for my cat in her home all weekend and all week, she saved his life - with Clare you can see she cares for each and every animal as if it were her own family member. She works above and beyond tirelessly for each and every animal outside of business hours - this is not just a business - it's her life and love. She is like the mother Teresa of pets :) I don't know how she does it honestly as it must be exhausting but I will never ever forget not just that she saved my cats life but the way in which she did it and still does! This is a woman that takes her work home with her and will text you in the middle of the night still working and caring for your pet. Even though my cat is extremely fortunate enough to be home and recovering now Clare still is on hand and in constant contact - she never stops working and she cares for my pet as much as I do - you can see it in her eyes and actions. I honestly believe if my little boy George had landed with any other vet that day he was found mangled he would have either been put down or not received anything like the level of devoted care and love only Clare and her team are capable of. I personally will never use any other vet again for any of my pets and I urge you to do the same. I just wish there were more Clare's and vet teams like them in the world. Vote for her for pet of the year. She and her team deserve every accolade and more.

Cant recommend this vet surgery enough to everyone. Claire and her team go above and beyond to help owners and pets feel as comfortable as they can. I have always struggled with taking my (extremely) bad tempered cat to vets, however Claire and her team were fantastic with her. They truly have the animals best interest at heart. I have taken my hamsters, rats and cats here and they have all received first class treatment.
