At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

Reception are terrible, no one ever picks up the phone to even get an appointment. Constant 'extras' added to your bill by reception ontop of already extortionate prices. Finally took the bullet and moved our pets after too many bad experiences. If you have any sense you will not take you animals here. I have had to write a formal complaint to their headquarters

This Vets are excellent! First class, I have used them since my pug was eight weeks old, he is now one and thriving. He has a few niggles, health wise, but with this practice I don't worry about that as I know he is in safe hands. They are not only friendly, caring and treat and speak to you like a human being, they look after your pet wonderfully. They explain every step of proposed treatment and put your mind at ease. Very professional indeed and they know their stuff explaining in detail diagnosis of your pets condition. I trust them completely. And would recommend them highly. The Reception team are friendly and very helpful indeed.

Located inside of Pets At Home, offers some nice packages such as 'Vac 4 life' lifetime vaccinations for £99, which works out cheaper than paying annually. I appreciate that I can walk my pet around a pet shop and let them pick out some of their own things.
Don't often see the same vet twice which is unfortunate, reception staff can be a little off. The place is always spotlessly clean and never overcrowded with waiting animals.

Surprised not to see more reviews here - Vets4Pets weren't going to be our first choice of vets (there are some closer to us) but we were so impressed and at ease with how nice the staff were at V4P that we've been back every time our rabbits have needed to go and they've never disappointed.

This Vets are excellent! First class, I have used them since my pug was eight weeks old, he is now one and thriving. He has a few niggles, health wise, but with this practice I don't worry about that as I know he is in safe hands.
