Amazing practice been coming here for years with my dogs. Visited today as my max wasnt himself really easy to get an appointment considering the current situation... covid 19 staff were amazing. Kept...
Amazing practice been coming here for years with my dogs. Visited today as my max wasnt himself really easy to get an appointment considering the current situation... covid 19 staff were amazing. Kept to safe social distancing rules and i was more then happy to wait outside whilst max went in and was checked over by the vet with one of the lovely nursing staff giving max some extra TLC as he gets very anxious when hes not with me. Wouldnt go any other place with my doggies. Thankyou mews vets your doing an amazing job in such horrible times that we are all facing right now. And thankyou for staying open so all of our 4 legged family members are kept healthy and safe and well.
As for other reviews left for the mews....
Are we not dealing with a mass pandemic right now? Are postal services not over stretched with more and more staff sheltering or showing symptoms of covid 19? Hard times we are facing and we are all trying to keep safe but we still have to remember to be kind to one and other and be patient... yes?

Excellent place. Went up to collect a puppy near here. Never thought we were buying a ninga jumping cricket who then needed her leg checked...they were excellent and fitted us in right away. Huge Than...

We've been with our various cats to the Mews for over 20 years and can honestly say that they are the 'go to' vet surgery. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help in any way (especially Lisa on the front desk!). We feel safe knowing that are pets health are in such good hands.

having had a less than pleasant experience with our puppy at a veterinary practice close to home I found this one through google.
Made and appointment and took our puppy there for a first visit and vaccination yesterday - what a difference!
Very busy practice but this was because the vets spent time with each patient and owners explaining procedures and addressing all questions and giving advice.
All staff very polite efficient and friendly to animals and owners, they all appear to have pets of their own and were happy to share experiences and compare notes.
Very pleased we made the change even though this practice is much further away it is worth the journey for such excellent care and attention.

They put healthy dogs to sleep rather than letting a trained handler take them to be re-homed. I guess money is there motivation rather then the love of animals.

I have used this practice for over twenty years, and I cannot rate it highly enough. They were absolutely wonderful when one of my cats developed a very rare cancer at an early age, and made sure that she had the very best of investigations and treatment right up until the very end. They also made sure I was aware of all the options and gave a fair and unbiased opinion on treatments and prices. I have taken all my pet cats and dogs here over the years, my blind cousin uses the practice for her guide dog and the local animal rescue (of which I am a volunteer) also uses the practice. Not for nothing are they called 'The Caring Practice'

They were absolutely wonderful when one of my cats developed a very rare cancer at an early age, and made sure that she had the very best of investigations and treatment right up until the very end.
