Lied to by this practice . Dog was advised by the vet that leg needed a scan and possible further work , vet was shown insurance documentation and advised would be fine for work needed. Turned up for ...
Lied to by this practice . Dog was advised by the vet that leg needed a scan and possible further work , vet was shown insurance documentation and advised would be fine for work needed. Turned up for appointment only to be told by corrine (only worked there for 3 days apparently) that every scan would be £405 for 4 legs and anesthetic and we would have to pay up front ourselves, she advised debbie on reception deals with insurance. Debbie then told us that corrine had given a “miscommunication” and that we would need to speak to director, corrine then came to door spoke to us in unprofessional manner and slammed door.
New staff has denigrated this practice avoid at all costs.

Called White Cross this morning as both our little rescue cats are unwell, even though they were fully booked they told us to come along. We were told we may have to sit and wait a while. We were there approx 30 minutes if that. Excellent care and attention and couldn’t ask for more. Our kitties condition fully explained and treatment prescribed. Follow up early next week. Super impressed with care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
