Appointment times are very rarely adhered to, can be left waiting for sometime. The vets themselves are great, we have never had cause for concern.

My poor srappy went in but it was too late the vet was superb and the nurse was as well very sympathetic told me this is worst thing about the job. Good on them they care.

Went to have my beloved dog put to sleep n the vet n nurse was absolutely fabulous..made me and my girls and the dog feel.comfortable considerin why we was there...would use the vets again....

Really impressed with this practice, all staff are helpful, friendly and lovely with animals. Reasonably priced too. Nothing is too much trouble. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My beautiful cavalier king Charles Libby was cared for by this vet for almost 10 years. I had to put her to sleep on 11th Aug 2016. They were amazingly sympathetic and supporting.

I have been using this vet practice for years. I once took my German shepherd to another vet that was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I soon went back to Johnson & Woods. We have recently had a devastating experience with a pup we bought we lost her, but Mr Johnson did everything he could to try and save her. The staff are fantastic very caring and knowledgeable. They do go that extra mile for you. Thank you Johnson & Wood.

I have brought my whippet here several times and he has always received the best treatmen. The staff are wonderful and are loving and kind towards the animals they treat. Would 1000% recommend.

Would gladly give 0 stars it possible. Went in with my pet rat. 30quid to see the vet. Vet was very arrogant very snotty. I explained to him what was up and he didnt even treat my rat for it. She has ...
Would gladly give 0 stars it possible. Went in with my pet rat. 30quid to see the vet. Vet was very arrogant very snotty. I explained to him what was up and he didnt even treat my rat for it. She has a common respiratory problem she has had all her life that can not be treated but i went in because she cant walk properly but he decided to ignore and went ahead to get as much money out of me as possible. I have 42quid out of pocket and my rat is still suffering. Staff were very unhelpful and very very rude.. they have been clever enough to not leave a review page on thier website but will be contacting them to ask for a full refund. Stay away from this vets.

Absolutely the one and ONLY time we will ever take our pet to this practice.
The vet was both arrogant and unhelpful with very little interest apart from how much money could be made.

Absolutely the one and ONLY time we will ever take our pet to this practice.
The vet was both arrogant and unhelpful with very little interest apart from how much money could be made.
Would not answer any questions direct and expected us to know even though we had booked our dog in as a 'new pet consultation.
Only after my wife expressed we was unhappy with the service, the attitude changed but under duress.
We had to ask for her to be weighed, and her nails checked, and on leaving, we even had to ask for a printout of the bill, to which, paper had to be found for the printer.
AVOID!!!!!!
