Willows Veterinary Group are an independently owned group of 16 small animal veterinary surgeries across Cheshire. We provide care 24 hours a day. We also have a Referral Hospital which sees difficult cases from all over the UK and is staffed by Specialist surgeons.
We can assure you of a friendly welcome and the best possible care for your pets. We all love animals and are actively involved in fund raising for local animal charities.

Excellent place.
Thought the temporary surgery was very good. Now newly built surgery is open. Large waiting room. No human visitor toilets and clinic room 3 very small.

Thought the temporary surgery was very good. Now newly built surgery is open. Large waiting room. No human visitor toilets and clinic room 3 very small.
But... all vets and staff are fantastic. Very caring. Always thoughtful over payments and recommend getting on line too.
Mel is a fantastic vet. My little chi loves her.
Would recommend and have done to any animal owner.

Great staff, great vets. They look after my chihuahua like she were there own. Mel Pryor is lovely, caring and thorough. As are Rhiannon and Tom.
No complaints what so ever.

Amazing vet practice, genuine love for animals. Helped us in our darkest times with one cat, when my previous practice offered no help at all. They are not about the money, but about getting best care for your pet. They are gentle, caring, friendly and explain everything. This attitude is reflected by the whole staff team from reception to nurses to vets. Can't say enough good things about them! 😸

The staff at Acorn Vets, West Kirby, were extremely kind and caring when we took our much loved dog, Rolo, to be put to sleep. Mel Pryor and her male assistant were gentle and professional throughout. Also the lady on the reception desk on the way out was very kind to us as we were obviously very upset. Thank you.

Since registering our puppy 12months ago we've had to pop into Acorn on more than one occasion! The Vets are very caring and pass on good advice. There is a great atmosphere at Acorn and the reception staff are very friendly. We find it really helpful to get reminder texts etc direct to our phones. Recently we had to use an emergency Vet and gained the report from them and from Acorn. The Acorn report was so well written in comparison. Altogether a smashing vet!

Since registering our puppy 12months ago we've had to pop into Acorn on more than one occasion! The Vets are very caring and pass on good advice. There is a great atmosphere at Acorn and the reception staff are very friendly. We find it really helpful to get reminder texts etc direct to our phones. Recently we had to use an emergency Vet and gained the report from them and from Acorn. The Acorn report was so well written in comparison. Altogether a smashing vet!
