These guys are simply the best in the business without a doubt. Never have to wait long for an appointment and all staffing from the receptionist who greets you upon arrival right through to the vet are extremely professional and courteous. The knowledge is great and without their quick response and treatment I would have lost one of my Jack Russell's. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a veterinary clinic for their animals. Dreadful place! I only gave it one star because I had to. I got one advice off one vet and a completely different piece of advice off another in the same practice! I was told results would be in but they weren't! I was ignored and was rude to be a receptionist and wouldn't set foot in the door again! Terrible place Read Less

My family have always brought our animals here. When my boyfriend and I moved out and got our puppy it was the only place we had in mind to bring her. She had all of her vaccinations through the "puppy pack" scheme and attended puppy party's organised through the vets. She has grown to be a strong and confident dog and I believe it has a lot to do with the human contact she had at the vets in those early days. The receptionists in valley vets are absolutely fantastic. When I had to visit recently after Ella had been attacked by a swarm of wasps I was hysterically crying after being so shook up and stung many times myself. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses to the vet were helpful and understanding. This morning we took Ella for her boosters. Again we had brilliant service and a good price. Our dog absolutely loves going to the vets, she gets excited with the mention of the word, and that is a credit to the fantastic staff at valley vets Ystrad mynach. Read Less

In recent months we have visited Valley vets with our family pet, Our 17 year old Westie called Vinny. The care and advice given was outstanding.I can not thank Rob and his team for the excellent care and compassion shown when we recently lost our beloved pet. Everything was explained in a timely way and we were given time to say goodbye. Sharon was kind and caring supporting us before and after.The arrangements for cremation were done in a sympathetic way.I would recommend Valley vets to anyone who truly love and wants the best care for their pets.
