I have had my pets treated at this veterinary centre for over 20 years and they have always had excellent care. I have just lost my precious cat Ollie but would have lost him a lot earlier to heart failure and an overactive thyroid had it not been for the care and treatment he received from Sally. She and the staff showed as much empathy for me as for my pet and I would like to thank them for that.

since Medivet took over the cost ot treatment has increased rapidly.the receptionists are still great and friendly. it all just seems to be about making money for the parent company and not about tre...
since Medivet took over the cost ot treatment has increased rapidly.the receptionists are still great and friendly. it all just seems to be about making money for the parent company and not about treating the poor animals who need help. they have lost the personal touch

The vets itself is quiet and not very busy which is good for our scared rescue cat. However, on more than one occasion the ailment has not been diagnosed correctly. Our cat actually developed a UTI from the stress of the visit which meant we had to go to another vet to get that treated as well as the primary issue. Wouldn’t recommend this vet. A waste of money and stressful.

Lovely caring staff, v friendly took "Alfie " our dog yesterday for annual booster & check up.He didnt even flinch.Had a couple of nails clipped & anal glands emptied (TMI ?) & still licked the vet .

I have only ever experienced efficient, correct, caring, polite and friendly service .I have been using Redleaves for about 25 years with guinea pigs , rabbits and dogs.

This is a wonderful vet clinic. I am always struck by the personalised service. The prices are reasonable and the staff are caring, not pushy. It has a real local, friendly atmosphere and I certainly rate it over the large vet's in Staines which is much nearer my home. I prefer to drive further to Redleaves and know that the advice I am given is based on both my pet and my family, not on selling procedures. I have also been touched by their kindness during the inevitable sad times that come to all pet owners. Highly recommended!

I have had my pets treated at this veterinary centre for over 20 years and they have always had excellent care. I have just lost my precious cat Ollie but would have lost him a lot earlier to heart failure and an overactive thyroid had it not been for the care and treatment he received from Sally. She and the staff showed as much empathy for me as for my pet and I would like to thank them for that.

The vets itself is quiet and not very busy which is good for our scared rescue cat. However, on more than one occasion the ailment has not been diagnosed correctly. Our cat actually developed a UTI from the stress of the visit which meant we had to go to another vet to get that treated as well as the primary issue. Wouldn’t recommend this vet. A waste of money and stressful.

This is a wonderful vet clinic. I am always struck by the personalised service. The prices are reasonable and the staff are caring, not pushy. It has a real local, friendly atmosphere and I certainly rate it over the large vet's in Staines which is much nearer my home. I prefer to drive further to Redleaves and know that the advice I am given is based on both my pet and my family, not on selling procedures. I have also been touched by their kindness during the inevitable sad times that come to all pet owners. Highly recommended!
