This practise is simply wonderful. We have been to a number of practise's over the years, but for us, Goddards in Greenford really makes us feel valued and our cat, is getting their sole attention. We never feel pressurised to purchase products or treatments, the staff give you all the honest information for you to make the right choice and never make you feel bad about it if you decide against a course of treatment. During the appointments we are told what is being done and why and we're informed how to apply treatments safely at home for the cat. On this particular occasion, another owner was sadly having their pet put to sleep. The senior nurse, took out a candle lit it and put up a plaque to explain that someone was losing their pet. This single, compassionate act really made an impact on us. To think this was being done for the owner and we could show respect towards that owner at a difficult time really gave us more faith in this wonderful practise. We've been in that heart wrenching position when our cat was put to sleep ( in another practise) when we stepped out the room was laughing and joking and we were crushed, it was difficult, although no one's fault but seeing what this practise does at a difficult time was beautiful. I would happily recommend this vet to pet lovers. Read Less
