We take pride in helping you to ensure a long, happy and healthy life for your pet; from providing the simplest nose to tail check-ups to a wide range of services and advice to keep your animal companions healthy and thriving.
When you bring your pet in as a puppy or a kitten, we begin with the basics such as a warm welcome of course ,to the new family member, then vaccinations, nutritional advice, home dental care, and parasite prevention.
When you bring us a pet who is unwell, our excellent, talented teams of Vets, Veterinary nurses and support staff provide understanding, and the experience and resources necessary to help diagnose and solve the problem.
A combination of appointment and open surgeries ensure urgent cases can be seen on the same day and that no-one seeking treatment is ever turned away.
While we can always offer the 'Gold Standard' with access to the best specialists available in London, there is never any pressure to elect the most elaborate or expensive procedures. Our pricing policy is based on providing good value, with moderate fees and our staff are able to give estimates and quotes for all procedures. They also are trained to help solve the difficulties that can arise when finances are limited.

Founded by Tim Holford BA Vet MB MRCVS and Anne Holford (nÊe Sullivan) BVSc(Hons) MRCVS , our Practice has always prioritised creating a client and patient friendly service with the motto "All Welcome". News of our winning formula quickly spread, and we now welcome patients in three comprehensively equipped surgeries in West London.

What a thoroughly lovely veterinary surgery! Having recently acquired two cats I had to seek out a new, local vet, and I nervously chose Alcombe in Osterley because it had a good website. But what really matters with a vet isn't their website, it's the quality of care, and I was relieved when I went to visit for the first time and met Dominika and the team. They're great at dealing with nervous pets (and nervous owners!), giving really good advice without any pushiness or impatience, and the hours are so convenient to fit in around work. They make you feel as though your pet is the most important animal in the whole world while they're being seen. Genuinely the nicest surgery I've ever had dealings with, and I'm sure that under happier circumstances my little cat would agree ;)

What a thoroughly lovely veterinary surgery! Having recently acquired two cats I had to seek out a new, local vet, and I nervously chose Alcombe in Osterley because it had a good website.
