The new team have been enthusiastically and expertly looking after her through the early weeks and months: checks, surgery everything that goes with a new wee kit. Coming here is not just getting a check up or giving your beloved pet some pills, this practice care. They will do everything they can to support you and your family during a Pet's illness or death. I cannot recommend them more, truly kind and caring Practice that genuinely adore all animals. They've looked after our cats and hamsters over the years, always being gentle and exploring all options. Very rude and demeaning veterinarian. Who strongly criticised advice we were given by previous vet and acupuncturist. On getting a third opinion from a different independent vet without telling them the whole story, they advised on ignoring Alpha Vets diagnosis. Alpha Vets would have cost inordinate amounts of money as it turns out all of this is completely unnecessary.Read Less

We have two cats: Nilly, a beautiful cream coloured, long-haired Birman and Teddy, a big tabby. She's snooty as hell and doesn't really like cats (!) ; he's a rough street boy but very affectionate and loves her to bits although she ignores him, so we call them "Lady and the Tramp". Both these cats are 7 years old and have always been brilliantly looked after by the extremely competent and caring staff of Alpha's, through thick and thin. A big thanks to you all. Read Less

I've had a couple of great experiences here. Love the staff who work here. I've found them sympathetic, caring & most of all animal loving. Aside from the times I & my neighbour have used them professionally, I've heard great stories about them rescuing and looking after abandoned and lost animals, cats, dogs and birds, reuniting them with their owners or rehousing them. Often keeping them in their own homes until new homes are found. Great local service, wholeheartedly recommend. Read Less
