We promise that there will always be a veterinary surgeon available to look after your animal, day or night. We even have special 24-hour clinics in some areas, where vets and nurses are on duty all day and all night, every day of the year. These are our 24hr Continuous Care and Emergency Centres.
We volunteer to have all our clinics regulated by our governing body, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Their Practice Standards Scheme ensures a consistently high standard of care, equipment and facilities for all our patients. I have been with medivet risedale for in excess of 10 years. I cannot rate them high enough for being friendly or caring. Their extremely helpful and they go that extra mile on many occasions. I have 2 cats and 1 dog and sadly I had to say goodbye to her in 2015. To her the vets was her second home and she loved going there. The whole process of saying goodbye was extremely hard but to their credit all the staff were brilliant in what was a very sad day and I know that they care so passionately about all the animals that cross their threshold. I now have another dog who I rescued and was nervous but after a couple of visits she now loves going there too. I consider myself very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after my babies because that's exactly what they are and I am never worried about leaving them there because I know they will always look after them as if they were their own. So Risedale. Kyumi Nicola Steph Sarah Rachael you are all awesome and do a brilliant job. I know you will always keep up the good work. Thankyou.

Three cats, aging from 16 to 3. One has an impressive pedigree, two are girls, two are grey, two are laid-back, two love Dreamies, one needs regular claw-clipping, one is over 6kg, one has Colitis, one has had a Thyroidectomy, one has been spayed... twice (before we owned her). They all have one thing in common; they get amazing care and attention from MediVet-Ark Aid, Poole. The staff are wonderful, warm, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and make one feel that one is the only client that matters. They truly go above and beyond to look after our beloved animals. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to another pet owner.

My dog Molly had treatment in the Carpenders park branch for a lump on her eye, she had it removed all seemed good regarding payment from the insurance then I was asked for 54.74 extra, why I asked when I was covered and had paid my excess of 80, it seemed they went for a very expensive HISTOLOGY test rather than the 62.98, rather than asking me if this was alright they tried to get it of my insurers, and they said they will not cover it, as it was unnecessary. I then had a nasty letter from Medivet saying this can't continue, and payment had to be made !!!!!!!! , I had never received a letter from then about any money, so I rang the branch at Carpenders Park and asked what was going on, the receptionist took the message and said she will look into it, nothing happened, so a week later went it there and asked what was happening, she took a message and said she will get back to me, again nothing, then Anna was on holiday so another message was left, why should I pay extra money for something that was NOT neccary and no one at this branch knew why it was charged, was unhappy and think I will be taking my 2 dogs elsewhere for treatment as I feel the trust has gone which is a shame as I have been going there for 6 years Not happy at all, I know you have to make money but really

We've been using medivet in twickenham for many years. All of the vets over the years have been marvellous, and our current vet is Sara. We sadly had to say goodbye to our 16 year old tortoiseshell cat Scarlett this week. Sara couldn't have been kinder to Scarlett (and to us, weeping buckets) and you can feel how much she loves the animals. Sara and other vets at Medivet Twickenham also looked after our lovely ginger boy Jaffa for much of his life and enabled him to live to the ripe old age of 19 despite having kidney disease, thyroid disease, going deaf and having a stroke. Our newest family members Sidney Ernest and George Albert are also now loyal Medivet clients!

Our Cat Timmy had a problem with having blood in his urine. We contacted the surgery initially for advise and we're given clear advise on what to look out for and what to do if things got worse. We noticed that Timmy was experiencing difficulty in passing so phoned back up for an appointment. Space was specially made during surgery for us to bring Timmy in to be assessed. The Vet was very thorough with the examination and diagnosis was made. Treatments were discussed, no pressure for further tests was put on us, and medicines were dispensed. A follow up call was made to us to discuss the results of his tests and we are ongoing with his treatment. Very friendly staff and always willing to help and advise.

The staff at Medivet Twickenham always go the extra mile in helping me to care for my dog Bertie. He is a 2 year-old cockapoo, whom I've had since he was 8 weeks old and he is my first dog.
Bertie has had to undergo quite a few investigations for his young age, as well as all the usual procedures associated with responsible pet ownership, which is why I have signed up to their Health Plan. This will help reduce the ongoing costs of treatment.
Medivet staff have cared for Bertie as if he were their own pet. They have always kept me fully informed and I completely trust their advice.
Getting a convenient appointment is a matter of just picking up the phone. I have always been seen that same day.
From a nave beginner, I feel I have now become a confident owner, thanks to the support of the Medivet team. And Bertie loves his visits, despite some rather unpleasant interventions. We both say thank you and give Medivet top marks!

What a rip off. Wrong diagnosis given cost 29 re-examination cost 15 on top next day when told needed operation. 50 for drugs that cost 12. 11 to bandage a small section of my dogs leg about 1 mtr used. Total price for a small leg infection 179!!! Discusting

Disgusted willing to charge a pensioner nearly a thousand pounds for a beloved cat with no alternative advice when all the cat did was sprain his back leg they were willing to do every single test going, hence before their lovely warm foreign holiday with no thought to how my father was going to struggle, not one single bit of advice given accept from receptionist " well I hope he can pay" licience to print money vets, with no sincere help.

The front of house team are great and I believe the best in the area - I never have a problem making an appointment. I always get excellent service, and fair sensible advice on the best options for my pets - Sara is brilliant

We recently got a kitten and opted to take her to medivet in radlett as it is within walking distance. From the moment of making that first phone call we have been made to feel very welcome and pepper loves her vet natasha. Everyone we see wether it is staff or fellow pet owners you are made to feel special and you also great great advice & top quality service.

My elderly cat has been visiting Medivet for the last 5 years, and very frequently in the last 18 months as she's been very ill at times. Sarah and her excellent team (especially Enric, Christie, Jessica and Teagan) have been outstanding in their diagnostics, care, professionalism and compassion in dealing with Li'l Kit (and me!) and I credit all of them with keeping her with us for the last 18 months.

We've been using medivet in twickenham for many years. All of the vets over the years have been marvellous, and our current vet is Sara. We sadly had to say goodbye to our 16 year old tortoiseshell cat Scarlett this week. Sara couldn't have been kinder to Scarlett (and to us, weeping buckets) and you can feel how much she loves the animals. Sara and other vets at Medivet Twickenham also looked after our lovely ginger boy Jaffa for much of his life and enabled him to live to the ripe old age of 19 despite having kidney disease, thyroid disease, going deaf and having a stroke. Our newest family members Sidney Ernest and George Albert are also now loyal Medivet clients!

All the staff we've dealt with at this Practice have always been kind , helpful & very professional as well as extremely understanding to my financial situation which is a great help to me .

Our Cat Timmy had a problem with having blood in his urine. We contacted the surgery initially for advise and we're given clear advise on what to look out for and what to do if things got worse. We noticed that Timmy was experiencing difficulty in passing so phoned back up for an appointment. Space was specially made during surgery for us to bring Timmy in to be assessed. The Vet was very thorough with the examination and diagnosis was made. Treatments were discussed, no pressure for further tests was put on us, and medicines were dispensed. A follow up call was made to us to discuss the results of his tests and we are ongoing with his treatment. Very friendly staff and always willing to help and advise.

We are so grateful to Sara who goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the wellbeing of our pets.
The nursing staff are also to be commended for their kindness and patience in what can sometimes be a stressful time so thank you all.

The staff at Medivet Twickenham always go the extra mile in helping me to care for my dog Bertie. He is a 2 year-old cockapoo, whom I've had since he was 8 weeks old and he is my first dog.
Bertie has had to undergo quite a few investigations for his young age, as well as all the usual procedures associated with responsible pet ownership, which is why I have signed up to their Health Plan. This will help reduce the ongoing costs of treatment.
Medivet staff have cared for Bertie as if he were their own pet. They have always kept me fully informed and I completely trust their advice.
Getting a convenient appointment is a matter of just picking up the phone. I have always been seen that same day.
From a nave beginner, I feel I have now become a confident owner, thanks to the support of the Medivet team. And Bertie loves his visits, despite some rather unpleasant interventions. We both say thank you and give Medivet top marks!
