Terrible experience at this vet. I have took my healthy dog that was old and was told that he needs to be put to sleep. With a heartbroken family the vet had no respect at all all she wanted was for me to sign papers while I was saying my goodbyes. Then she was trying to hurry us up to get out of there. As it’s just Christmas we don’t have a lot of money and asked if we can pay in half which 4 of the vets and a young receptionist said that it’s fine “to take our time”. Then to be told by ‘office manager’ that we can’t do it to only find out that they have been lying about the whole bill and it was a lot bigger. To then find out that the ashes have actually been there for a while and I have personally been calling everyday for them to say we are busy. To all honestly I wish I used different vet then maybe I would still have my furry love. Read Less

used to be a great vet...gone right down hill...one young vet there dont no her name.need man management skills updated..remember this vet will make you pay cash...then you clam your insurance.....very wrong... ps the owner is a right old cheeky git... now we have moved to musseburgh vet the links vet....very good with your pets..and dont demand money before any treatment... Been using these guys for years and they are excellent. The premises are cramped and a little bit tired looking, and it is a busy practice. That said, all the vets, nurses and reception staff we have seen over the years with various pets have always been professional, friendly and welcoming. Going by our experience I can only assume there is more to the one star review here than the reviewer lets on to. Read Less
