Called up and was given an app for 5:45pm. I arrived outside at 5:30pm and the door was padlocked up, so being appointment only I assumed someone would come open up just before the appointment time but nope, stood outside with my 8week old tiny chihuahua puppy until 6:15pm before finally giving up and going home!
