DOG KILLERS ESPECIALLY KIRSTY HANSEN. SHE LEFT MY DYING DOG 9HOURS OVERNIGHT UNATTENDED. THEY TOLD US THEY WERE OPEN ALL NIGHT. USE ANOTHER VET SAVE YOU BEST FRIEND, THEY KILLED MINE

My 4 yr old dogue de bordeux was dying yet they never told us they close at night they (matt saunders) told me they would phone in night if anything went wrong.....just forgot to say they close 11pm ...
My 4 yr old dogue de bordeux was dying yet they never told us they close at night they (matt saunders) told me they would phone in night if anything went wrong.....just forgot to say they close 11pm - 8am. Do you really leave a very sick dog 9hrs alone - NO!!!! DO NURSES close intensive care at the hospital???? KIRSTY HANSEN did. Kirsty killed my dog as far as im concerned. FUNNY WE NEVER GOT A BILL - GUILT. They have took my baby at 4yrs old incompitent vets. Kirsty should never have left hin, would she leave her dog???? Bet not.

This is the best vets I have ever been to. So easy to make an appointment, as well as plenty of drop in clinics. Kind but professional staff, who bend over backwards to help. They deal with insurance ...
This is the best vets I have ever been to. So easy to make an appointment, as well as plenty of drop in clinics. Kind but professional staff, who bend over backwards to help. They deal with insurance claims on your behalf, for no charge. We have been with them for a while, through long illness and also euthanasia, and cannot fault their treatment or sensitivity.

First time back,after using Gordons for many years for my Great Danes.Then it was Roger Gordon. ...took my Bulldog 3 weeks ago,very impressed.Lovely staff too.

These people are amazing. Being an animal lover all my life I'm very picky about who cares for my pets when they are poorly. I drive past 4 other vets closer to my home in order to take my pets here....
These people are amazing. Being an animal lover all my life I'm very picky about who cares for my pets when they are poorly. I drive past 4 other vets closer to my home in order to take my pets here. They are all including reception staff, to the nurses, to the vets, so helpful, and when things are taking a turn for the worse they have great compassion and skill at helping one come to the right decisions for you and your pet. I wish they could treat humans as I'd be on their books immediately! Lol

This surgery is truly excellent. Cared for all our pets for years and couldn't be better. The lady on the front desk is always very helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

Think they are a great vetinary practice. Frontline staff at reception are friendly, sensitive and good humoured! The two vets I have used have been really professional and take the time to listen and value the relationship that people have with their pets. I would totally recommend them 5 star.
