The veterinary part is service is great but customer service and reception need to quote or establish for clients costs so things are clear. Like area visits vs regular visit charge and if there are actual misunderstandings good customer service would compromise since both parties were not made clear of services cost. Makes a huge difference to clients. I left with sour feeling about bill which could have easily been resolved not oh well attitude. Read Less

Nice people nice to the animals etc... But so, so, so consistently and complacently running late. This isn't the NHS or a free service. We pay for this treatment. In face we pay a lot for it. I expect that my pet will not have to wait two hours while scared in a waiting room or that I will. Two hours late isn't even close and its past poor form to do it so often. Today I called to see if they were running late, they were and even with my amended time it was still an hour and a half after that. #frustrated Read Less

Ruby my dog often ends up in the naughty room. But the staff don't worry. Ruby used to play up about going but she has had 3 visits in as many weeks & now likes going. But now it is her vets & no other animal should be in at the same time as her. Ruby has had 2 lumps removed & was spade 14 days ago there will be very small scars which are healing well. She was more worried about her nails being clipped than the ops, & in the first week staying on her lead. Thank you Chantel Ruby is acting as if she is 5 years younger.
