I've taken my dogs and cat here and trust me nobody has been more compassionate and caring, when another vet at another surgery messed up by keep giving me cream after cream which resulted in a tiny pin hole turning into an ulcer which was 80% of her eye, I expected her to loose her eye but thankfully they worked miracles and saved her eye, they are not just really really reasonable with their prices, they truly love animals, and I myself would recommend, and do recommend them to every person I speak to who has pets.... If the horror story of that poor tragic dog Linda is indeed true, I would never entrust the health of my dog or any dog to such an evil practice. I pity the vet concerned because through his alleged actions he will carry the stigma of his actions forever and always be looking over his shoulder. This must have lost the practice a small fortune in lost business and trust. I do not see any reply from the practice to refute the allegations. Read Less

Today my wife took out 12 week puppy to collect some medication. She was handed the medication. She read the label they attach. She followed their instructions. That resulted in her overdosing the puppy as the dispenser having been directed to dispense 1.8g chose instead to dispense 4.5g treatments. The dispenser then left these for her colleague to hand over. That colleague didn't bother to check it. They were called. Their response: Oh. Well it will be ok as we give it to feral cats (we pointed out that we had a 12 week old puppy). A request for the proper dose was met with 'just use less of the sachet each time (therefore leaving it exposed for 24 hours each time). Trevor was spoken to. Mistakes happen he says. Ho hum. We have used this vets for a number of years. We have remained with them for ordinary and simple things (we have not trusted them with important stuff for many years) but it now seems that they are unable to do even the most simple things. Don't get me wrong, the new vet CHARLOTTE is fabulous. Frankly though, she would be wise to run for the hills and not be dragged down by the now disinterested Trevor an Co. We have moved. We would urge those who go to stop and think or at least check very carefully the prescription.Read Less
