Just moved to the area and chose Larwood and Kenny vets, I'm so glad I did, my old dog needed to have a small operation and I couldn't be more happy with the service she has received. I got a call the next morning to find out how she was doing, which I don't think I've ever had before. Reception staff also good and caring.

Prices have rocketed, reception staff surly and unhelpful, prices not displayed and they have no list to issue, twice last month there was no consulting room available for my appointment although there was only 1 other patient at the same time. Totally unimpressed since the takeover. Vet was ok but young and inexperienced.

Also, only cost around 20 for the consultation - very impressed particularly as the service was so fast and efficient ! Couldn't rate them highly enough.

Just moved to the area and chose Larwood and Kenny vets, I'm so glad I did, my old dog needed to have a small operation and I couldn't be more happy with the service she has received.
