We would like to thank the vets and nurses that cared for our cocker spaniel tia
The practice is very clean the nurses are so caring and always with a smiling face nothing is to much trouble there time and dedication was much appreciated
we have been with the practice for 15 years and always been happy with the service provided for our pets.
I also received a phone call to check how Tia was doing when she came home after spending 5 days at the surgery thank you so much

Diagnosed our Spaniel with Auto Immune Anemia and said she had a good chance of making a recovery. We asked about a blood transfusion and they informed us it would be a waste of time. We then took her to Dick White referrals in Newmarket where they said she needed one right away. They also left her on her own overnight with no staff or vets to look after her. She has now passed and we believe some of that is due to their negligence. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic vets. Just bought my German Shepherd home after 3 nights at the surgery after rushing him in late Tuesday evening. Ended up having his spleen removed. Very poorly boy indeed. They saved his life. They kept me updated regularly and he's now on the road to recovery

We have been to see the vet a few times with coco are snow bengal and are other animals coco was poorly last week and we see Iain Russell coco is better then what she was she has been running around...
