After just having a 20 minute conversation with the vet Richard, I am incredibly impressed with the level of Information volunteered to help me make the right decision for my pet. Despite needing a late notice cancellation of quite a rare to book, scan, the vets showed that the importance was the welfare of my pet over the money gained from having her in for a scan. My other dog Sherlock actually had surgery here by the vet Simon, a few years ago and the handling of the whole stressful situation (I was also heavily pregnant) was professional and courteous. The surgery was a huge success and my puppy made a smooth recovery. Thankyou to the Grove!

This veterinarian is brilliant. They are very professional and knowledgeable and very, very caring. They helped and were sympathetic. The recrptionist are helpful and go out of their way to sort things out. They always asked after the animals and remembered issues we brought them in with. The vet who dealt with me was so careing, supportive and helpful. She researched the issues and got back to me later that day.
I have no hesitation in recommending these vets to anyone needing consult about their pets.

Simply the BEST and most sympathetic bunch of people you could possibly meet! They have always looked after our big boy Samson who sadly passed on Thursday and these guys made our lives much easier with all the huge amounts of pain we were going through. They all cared for our boy with such care and compassion. A lovely hand written card the very next day landed on our door step with words of thoughts and reassurance we had done the right thing. Nothing at all with every call was and has never been a problem. The reception girls are awesome, the vets are just the best and we will never even think about using anyone else but Grove at Fakenham. What a lovely lovely bunch of people. Love u all. The Greentrees.

Have been brillant for my three dogs. Delt with all issues with my dogs including a tumour removal a mri scan and they have a brillant back specialist. But they can be expensive hence 4 stars.

We took our dog Missy, after a referral by our own vet, as Missy had a torn cruciate ligament in her back left leg. The treatment given to both Missy, and us, was second to none, and we would recommend The Grove to anyone needing expert treatment. The vets, and nursing staff, plus the receptionists, were all friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. A great place for your beloved pets to get excellent treatment.
