Terrible, after a 40 minute wait time I was given a diagnosis for my now 15 year old dog and made to pay out over £80 for treatment, I would normally not mind this expense except for the fact I have visited another veterinarian who diagnosed my dog with heart disease. Misdiagnosis, awful wait times and overpricing. Would not recommend. Read Less

The lack of professionalism and knowledge from these vets is appalling. I called up this vets for some advice on my pregnant dog (Scans, X ray etc) I was wrongly informed that my girl would die giving birth! no chance of her having a natural birth just that she would die if not C sectioned and I should book in a C section with them for £1,800... They unnecessarily worried us, luckily a vet in Norwich put our mind at rest. We now have 7 lovely pups and my girl was only in labor for a total of 1 hour. No concern whatsoever for the animals just lining their pockets. Go anywhere else but here Read Less

READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO THIS VETS - if I could give this vets a minus score then I would! If you love you animals then DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES take them here! Terrible appalling staff who do not answer your questions, who show ZERO empathy with the owners of your pet. The appalling staff also put your pets life back into your hands, asking you what you want to do, offering NO suggestions - even though you haven’t been to university and have a degree in vetinary medicine. On Sunday 22nd of October I had to take my daughter and her puppy to the Gorleston vets , the puppy had eaten some tablets that could be fatal and was very poorly, I rang ahead and as it was out of hrs so I arranged to go. On arrival the receptionist saw us through the window we rang the intercom and knocked on the door, My daughter was struggling to stand up due to her MS and the puppy was very poorly, despite banging for several minutes no one answered then a car came out of the car park with a member of staff in I flagged them down and she phoned in and finally we were let in . The receptionist was not at all caring in any way and kept saying she wanted all details despite seeing the puppy and my daughter in great distress , Luckily the vet came out and quickly took the puppy to put straight on a drip, The vet wanted to see the tablets taken so I went back to the car the receptionist said quick as you like , I cannot fault the vet he was friendly and compassionate but the receptionist was the rudest uncaring person I have ever met. What a contrast to our receptionists at Beccles who are all very caring and love animals and make my daughter feel welcome , I hope never have to go to out of ours at Gorleston ever again you have to ring one number they give you another number to ring and then you cannot access the place , The puppy is well now and I want to repeat the vet could have not done more.
