I expect that my pet will not have to wait two hours while scared in a waiting room or that I will. Two hours late isn't even close and its past poor form to do it so often. Today I called to see if they were running late, they were and even with my amended time it was still an hour and a half after that. #frustrated Read Less

Today i received a condolence card - how wonderful. They were also so kind when my dog needed lots of care as he got older and helped him have a longer but pain free last few years. Ruby my dog often ends up in the naughty room. But the staff don't worry. Ruby used to play up about going but she has had 3 visits in as many weeks & now likes going. But now it is her vets & no other animal should be in at the same time as her. Ruby has had 2 lumps removed & was spade 14 days ago there will be very small scars which are healing well. She was more worried about her nails being clipped than the ops, & in the first week staying on her lead. Thank you Chantel Ruby is acting as if she is 5 years younger. We walked around 8 miles on Wednesday Ruby still wanted more. Read Less

Chantel did amazing work on his upper and lower jaw - he's as good as new and very happy. :-) All the nurses are very caring and nursed him back to health. It really was touch and go for a while but they did a super job. 5 star! Read Less
