Told me to take my dog home as it was suffering heat stroke see how she was is for 2 days and gave her a pain killer. She was shivering not eating or drinking, could not walk properly. After a day I could see she was in a bad way still, I decided to take her back. On arrival I was told I should book even in an emergency. They managed to get a vet to look, this vet who was great btw said she needs urgent attention and hospilatization (same conditions as first visit). They advised it could be the immune system but also heat stroke, so They were treating this for 2 days. At a cost of £200 (not that it matters) the dog was transferred to gorleston each night, the vet from gorleston advised the signs were not heat related but a bleed to the Brain. After 4 days of trying to clot the bleed they started to make good progress but she sadly unexpectedly collapsed and died. When I asked why she wasn't took in on day one, I was told I should have asked for blood tests and some people don't like it if it's not needed due to costs. And I was rudely told I should not be criticising that they were putting 2 lots of injections into her that weren't needed. And they never realised the seriousness through obvious signs. There is further info which I don't say as I think this brief overview will give you an idea. In my opinion I wouldn't dream of using them or reccomending them again. P.s 2 other vets said even heat related she should have stayed over and been assessed and the injection she had shouldn't have been administered for that! Good luck you will need it! Read Less
