Phil, the exotic vet, is really great. Has helped alot with my poorly dragon. Also very friendly. The other vets have also been great with my two cats.

We had to take our dog to Westover Vets whilst on holiday. We just turned up out of the blue and he was seen promptly. Even though we weren't registered and might not return he was well looked after....
We had to take our dog to Westover Vets whilst on holiday. We just turned up out of the blue and he was seen promptly. Even though we weren't registered and might not return he was well looked after. The receptionist got us seen quickly and the vet Rebecca took every care with him. We weren't rushed out of the door, his history was taken and the examination was thorough. Rebecca talked us through the problem and didn't just prescribe the meds but also suggested options to discuss with our own vet when we got home. I can't fault Westover Veterinary Centre for their care and prompt service at a worrying time for us so far from our usual vets.

Have been taking pets here for nearly 25 years (they offer both small and large animal vet services). Staff have always been friendly, welcoming and understanding. Great vets, good range of vet. services on offer. Insurance claims handled on your behalf. Would highly recommend to anyone in the North Walsham area and beyond.

I took my Syrian hamster here for an operation as my local vets did not have a clue when I took my other hamster in. Westover are very reasonably priced and did a brilliant job, as I don't imagine they get many hamsters in for operations. The people are lovely, the vet said if we had any concerns to email photos and she would look at them. Even though they are a 45 minute drive away, I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

This vets stands out as a light for all animals they are fantastic caring and go above on beyond 5 stars isn't enough. The love compassion and care I have experience here is amazing. I have been with other vets good vets but Westover is truly a grade above . They show the care towards the animal as if they were there own . Thank you I am now a life long customer

Staying on holiday in Norfolk and one of my Pointers caught herself on some barbed wire. Phoned Westover and they got me an appointment within an hour, Florence was admitted immediately and 3hrs later I have a sleepy but neatly sewn up Pointer. All the staff were very friendly, knew what they were doing and put me at my ease which was important as I was taking my dog to a "strange" vets. Thanks to all the team who looked after my girl and please take this the right way, I hope I don't see you again this holiday.

Thank you all so much for taking care of my Jasper after he got hit by a car. I shed many tears at the surgery but you have all been fantastic. Sadly his leg couldn't be saved and he is now rocking the 3 legged look but we are so glad he is home. We appreciate all your hard work and efforts. It made my little girls birthday being able to bring him home x
