It seems inevitable that when the sad time arrives to have a beloved pet euthanised, it always happens at night or at the weekend when there are no vets available. After an awful and stressful previous experience with our other cat, we wanted to have our 21 year old beloved elderly cat put to sleep at home. Our own main practice had no vets available on a Friday or Saturday morning but Broadland House very kindly agreed to come out to our house with no notice late on Friday afternoon. The vet and nurse were so kind and empathetic despite me sobbing like an idiot over the darn cat! Am so grateful and would highly recommend this practice.

Lovely staff, was seen dead on time and my dog's yearly booster and checkup were soon done. Very pleased with the friendly helpful service at very reasonable cost.

Having kept many animals over many years, I have visited several different veterinary practices. I can say in all honesty I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that my beloved pets will receive the best possible care at Broadland house vets. Hilary is experienced, up to date, incredibly knowledgeable and importantly, she really cares! Animal wellbeing is a clear priority not monetary gain. I could not recommend this practice any more highly. If you want the highest standard of care and compassion for your pets, look no further.

Not actually registered here but recently had an emergency on a Sunday night and the lady on the phone was awesome. They got the vet to call me which was a massive help!

It seems inevitable that when the sad time arrives to have a beloved pet euthanised, it always happens at night or at the weekend when there are no vets available. After an awful and stressful previous experience with our other cat, we wanted to have our 21 year old beloved elderly cat put to sleep at home.
