I feel that they are not fully trained at all due to the fact that they diagnosed my cat incorrectly. I had to take him to an out of hours vet to be told something else, and with that they can't except that they were wrong. Also with the incompetence of their system and them not being able to keep track of the care plans properly, I have had to deal with a shock of a bill, which I understand that I had to pay, but not being told there and then is making me angry. If I knew that my care plan had finished, I would have not followed through with the annual treatment. This is two of many reasons that I will be taking my pets elsewhere. To be honest I do think people should consider other vets as well, before settling with pets at home. Read Less
