I had to bring 2 of my dogs in for treatment while on holiday. One of them was out of hours but I was able to be seen within an hour of me ringing & the other got an appt on the morning I rang. The vet was lovely, very friendly & reassuring. We previously lost 1 of our dogs while on a holiday to a similar illness so we were really worried when these were taken ill. The reception staff were also very helpful. Thank you all.

We took our cat Fred to this vet and they failed to diagnose inner ear infection despite an examination of his ears. Sadly our cat died as a result of their poor treatment and we are truly devastated....
We took our cat Fred to this vet and they failed to diagnose inner ear infection despite an examination of his ears. Sadly our cat died as a result of their poor treatment and we are truly devastated. By the time we got him to another vet for the appropriate diagnosis and treatment it was too late. I would never use these vets again. They really let us and Fred down.

Vets were excellent gentle but through examination. Medication given and a check up next day.

So happy with the care given by the vets and nurses here, we are from Essex but visit Cromer most weekends. Our little dog Beau had a neck injury and whilst being examined the vet noticed a mammary tumour, I was really worried but was put at ease. Was given a breakdown of the price, of which I must say was a lot cheaper than Essex, but this was not the main reason for choosing Miramar vets, I went to a local vet and just didn't get the same sense of caring. Beau has made a full recovery with a very low risk of the tumour returning. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou to all the staff x

Terrible service , Bad attitudes, Jane was happy to raise her voice at me and my partner whist discussing the treatent. Took 5 visits to actually find out what was wrong with my Dog. A lot of misdiagnosing, That's a lot of wasted money that i couldn't do anything about . fobbed me off with courses of Antibiotics three times in a row which set me back almost 100 a time even though i told them they weren't working. Because of the dispute of payment they would take me into a room and make me sign infront of a witness to say I've received the vet bills, Complete lack of respect . was treated as if i was dishonest. Ended up paying around 800 to find out what was wrong with my dog. A decent Vet could have told me in 5 minutes. This review is not aimed at the reception or Zainab who's been absolutely brilliant with my other dog. COUDNT CHANGE VETS QUICK ENOUGH.

I first met Wessle in 2006 and it was he that gave me the support and advice when I trained as a animal behaviourist. Mirimar became our vets and were wonderful when our companion and disability assistance dog Logan had to be euthanised in March this year at only 10 years old. The vet was so understanding, compationate, sympathetic and gave us lots of time alone to say goodbye to our very special friend. We had moved away for a few years but returned in 2012 and were so relieved to know that we could go back to Mirimar vets. Our family want to thank everyone at Mirimar for all the excellent care and advice given over the years. Logan loved going to the vets and we are so glad our new Springador puppy Diesel enjoys going to the vets too, it really helps because it's always fun for him. He always recieves excellent care from his vet. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the costs are very fair and I would recommend Mirimar to all pet owners. 5*. Many thanks from the Cosbie-Ross family. X

The Sheringham vets stayed open after closing hours because Poppy's health declined which goes beyond and above your line of duty and shows how much you care for the animals. She came home in a beautiful coffin all wrapped up as you made her so comfortable. Thank you for what you did - she couldn't have gone on like she was. I couldn't praise this Veterinary Surgery more highly!
We were on holiday & Roxy our 20 month old Labrador was very ill. We managed to get a prompt appointment & the treatment was excellent.
Unfortunately Roxy didn't respond so well & we had to take her back. Again we were treated exceptionally well & Roxy was taken in for observation, where it soon became apparent that she had an obstruction in her gut.
Within a few hours, she had undergone surgery to remove a pebble. We were pleased to receive regular updates about her progress & later the same day, we had Roxy back.
In summary, we found this practice to operate in a very professional & efficient manner & the cost was very reasonable too.
The NHS could learn a lot!
Thanks again to all at the Miramar Veterinary Centre Sheringham.
10 out of 10, with no reservations.

Terrible service , Bad attitudes, Jane was happy to raise her voice at me and my partner whist discussing the treatent. Took 5 visits to actually find out what was wrong with my Dog. A lot of misdiagnosing, That's a lot of wasted money that i couldn't do anything about . fobbed me off with courses of Antibiotics three times in a row which set me back almost 100 a time even though i told them they weren't working. Because of the dispute of payment they would take me into a room and make me sign infront of a witness to say I've received the vet bills, Complete lack of respect . was treated as if i was dishonest. Ended up paying around 800 to find out what was wrong with my dog. A decent Vet could have told me in 5 minutes. This review is not aimed at the reception or Zainab who's been absolutely brilliant with my other dog. COUDNT CHANGE VETS QUICK ENOUGH.

I first met Wessle in 2006 and it was he that gave me the support and advice when I trained as a animal behaviourist. Mirimar became our vets and were wonderful when our companion and disability assistance dog Logan had to be euthanised in March this year at only 10 years old. The vet was so understanding, compationate, sympathetic and gave us lots of time alone to say goodbye to our very special friend. We had moved away for a few years but returned in 2012 and were so relieved to know that we could go back to Mirimar vets. Our family want to thank everyone at Mirimar for all the excellent care and advice given over the years. Logan loved going to the vets and we are so glad our new Springador puppy Diesel enjoys going to the vets too, it really helps because it's always fun for him. He always recieves excellent care from his vet. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the costs are very fair and I would recommend Mirimar to all pet owners. 5*. Many thanks from the Cosbie-Ross family. X

The Sheringham vets stayed open after closing hours because Poppy's health declined which goes beyond and above your line of duty and shows how much you care for the animals. She came home in a beautiful coffin all wrapped up as you made her so comfortable. Thank you for what you did - she couldn't have gone on like she was. I would highly recommend your veterinary services. Thank you.

I couldn't praise this Veterinary Surgery more highly!
We were on holiday & Roxy our 20 month old Labrador was very ill. We managed to get a prompt appointment & the treatment was excellent.
Unfortunately Roxy didn't respond so well & we had to take her back. Again we were treated exceptionally well & Roxy was taken in for observation, where it soon became apparent that she had an obstruction in her gut.
Within a few hours, she had undergone surgery to remove a pebble. We were pleased to receive regular updates about her progress & later the same day, we had Roxy back.
In summary, we found this practice to operate in a very professional & efficient manner & the cost was very reasonable too.
The NHS could learn a lot!
Thanks again to all at the Miramar Veterinary Centre Sheringham.
