the lady who I spoke to on the telephone was rude and unhelpful . I'm In unusual circumstances and I'm cats are going into foster care while I look for property due to land lord wanting to sell house . only wanted a health check and a booster . I asked her for suggestions what to do explained my situation as well . was told still not get an appointment even under such unusual circumstances . was not helpful in any questions I had asked . very disappointed with the service and I am registered with you will looking for new vet fit future use

Excellent friendly service on our first ever visit. An emergency which was dealt with efficiently. We were impressed enough to join their practise.

The care my cat receives here is top level, the only reason 5 stars haven't been given is the fact we don't see the same vet all the time

Took our lovely cat in for dental work told it would cure dribbling and shaking jaw. During operation vet rang to say going ok but wanted to take biopsy of a lump. After the operation our cat was much...
Took our lovely cat in for dental work told it would cure dribbling and shaking jaw. During operation vet rang to say going ok but wanted to take biopsy of a lump. After the operation our cat was much worse and needs hand feeding day and night is still dribbling with jaw shaking. Originally quoted £400 to £500 ended up paying £950. When biopsy came back told he needed another operation to remove lump, this could have been done as a precaution during his dental.
Vets were quite happy to leave our cat unattended with drip overnight following the operation, this they said was standard practice unless you pay more. Overcharged on cat food by 100%
