The origins of Haven trace back over 100 years in Patrington and later Hedon as a primarily large animal practice. Nowadays, there is a mixed practice at Hedon and a small animal practice at Holderness Road.

After having called to say my dog needed treatment they allowed us to take him straight away. Unfortunately, he was that poorly and due to his age we made the decision to put him to sleep. It was a really tough decision but the support, the gentle care and love towards my pooch the staff gave helped tremendously. 10 out of 10 thank you.

My dog Smudge has just today had a big operation on his leg I can't thank the vet Phillip enough for all the support care he has given to my Smudge the last year so caring and the rest of the team are brilliant I always know he is in the best hands when I take him to Haven. Best vets I could have chosen to take my Smudge to. X

I can't rate this Practise Highly enough, fantastic service, my last 2 emergency call outs the vets were on site with ourselves within 30 mins on each call out and provided fantastic care x

The rating "I loved it" is inappropriate under the circumstances, but 5 definitely fits the bill. Unfortunately we had to say our goodbyes to Ronaldo, our 18 year tabby, and my wives pride and joy. The staff at Holderness Road branch were extremely understanding and compassionate, right from making that initial phone call we had been trying to delay as long as possible As you can imagine, the thought of taking him for that final trip, and wait in the waiting room was not nice. As soon as I approached the counter I could hardly speak his name to check him in, straight away the excellent receptionist ( sorry I didn't get your name ) ushered us straight into a spare consulting room to try make things easier for everyone. Thanks to you all, Haven should be very proud of the caring compassionate staff you have working for you.. Amanda Hoe & Steve Ramsey

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at at he Hedon Haven veterinary for there kindness as we had to put our seven year old staffy "Rocky"put to sleep on Monday.This was one of the hardest things i have ever had to do and still so upset by the whole thing,but the way in wich all the staff were with us was so nice.I dont know the vets name but he was so nice to us all the way through,explaining the process . He was so caring towards us and Rocky and treat him as if it was his own dog,He made what was such an awful thing to go through as comfortable as possible and was treat with compassion and respect,i thankyou all for your understanding . Bye the way we even recieved a sympothy card this morning from Haley and staff from the vets with his paw print on .How nice is that ! So thankyou all so much from the Cooke family xx

After having called to say my dog needed treatment they allowed us to take him straight away. Unfortunately, he was that poorly and due to his age we made the decision to put him to sleep. It was a really tough decision but the support, the gentle care and love towards my pooch the staff gave helped tremendously. 10 out of 10 thank you.

My dog Smudge has just today had a big operation on his leg I can't thank the vet Phillip enough for all the support care he has given to my Smudge the last year so caring and the rest of the team are brilliant I always know he is in the best hands when I take him to Haven. The rating "I loved it" is inappropriate under the circumstances, but 5 definitely fits the bill. Unfortunately we had to say our goodbyes to Ronaldo, our 18 year tabby, and my wives pride and joy. The staff at Holderness Road branch were extremely understanding and compassionate, right from making that initial phone call we had been trying to delay as long as possible As you can imagine, the thought of taking him for that final trip, and wait in the waiting room was not nice. As soon as I approached the counter I could hardly speak his name to check him in, straight away the excellent receptionist ( sorry I didn't get your name ) ushered us straight into a spare consulting room to try make things easier for everyone. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at at he Hedon Haven veterinary for there kindness as we had to put our seven year old staffy "Rocky"put to sleep on Monday.This was one of the hardest things i have ever had to do and still so upset by the whole thing,but the way in wich all the staff were with us was so nice.I dont know the vets name but he was so nice to us all the way through,explaining the process . He was so caring towards us and Rocky and treat him as if it was his own dog,He made what was such an awful thing to go through as comfortable as possible and was treat with compassion and respect,i thankyou all for your understanding . Bye the way we even recieved a sympothy card this morning from Haley and staff from the vets with his paw print on .How nice is that ! So thankyou all so much from the Cooke family xx
