I have been using acres vets for many many years. I've had several dogs, one of whom required a leg amputation in clinic and I can not recommend these guys enough!!!!! We had a terrible time yesterday...
I have been using acres vets for many many years. I've had several dogs, one of whom required a leg amputation in clinic and I can not recommend these guys enough!!!!! We had a terrible time yesterday when my whippet was having uncontrollable seizures. Without hesitation the reception staff called a vet out of surgery to discuss my concerns over the telephone and ask me to bring him up immediately. He had a thorough examination by the very caring vet initially and then, unfortunately had a further seizure in the waiting room! I can't describe how fabulous the staff all were, from the reception staff to vets this place is just amazing! Pic of said nuisance whippet who is back to his usual lazy self today

The vets it's self they are all heat have time for you to the only thing is parking fine it's terrible I know they are looking for bigger premises in hope they get one soon but as a vets they are good

My Family/Friends and myself have been with the veterinary practice for over 50 years,once owned/known as Smiths although it has moved sites.The staff have always been highly professional and very attentive with all the animals i have ever taken into their care,ranging from rats/guinea pigs/rabbits/cats and dogs and they have all been treated with kindness and love as if they were there own.In the good and the bad times have always been treated with the highest of care/treatment and empathy/sympathy.I will always remain a loyal customer to acres veterinary practice due to the friendly/helpful and highly skilled staff that have worked and do work at acres.I have also recommend this veterinary practice to anyone that has asked about vets in the area due to the high level of care and treatment my animals have received wether it be an appointment or an emergency call out,this is a veterinary practice that genuinely care about the animal's under their care, and give you a wide range of choices that is best for your pet.

My ginger male cat was involved in a road traffic accident on the 31/10/15 in Hamilton and somehow ended up in acres vets care and I am glad he did. They mended him back to health and wired his jaw wh...
My ginger male cat was involved in a road traffic accident on the 31/10/15 in Hamilton and somehow ended up in acres vets care and I am glad he did. They mended him back to health and wired his jaw which had been damaged as a result of the collision. He was then handed over to the sspca in both well on the Monday morning and was reunited with me by the afternoon. Thank you Acres vet for all the good you do in helping animals my boy may not have made it without you.

I have been using acres vets for many many years. I've had several dogs, one of whom required a leg amputation in clinic and I can not recommend these guys enough!!!!! We had a terrible time yesterday when my whippet was having uncontrollable seizures. Without hesitation the reception staff called a vet out of surgery to discuss my concerns over the telephone and ask me to bring him up immediately. He had a thorough examination by the very caring vet initially and then, unfortunately had a further seizure in the waiting room! I can't describe how fabulous the staff all were, from the reception staff to vets this place is just amazing! Pic of said nuisance whippet who is back to his usual lazy self today
