We take our elderly cat here and he always receives excellent treatment. Compared with other vets we have used the prices here seem exceptionally reasonable.

had a really bad experince with the staff at these vets. when i took my eight month old puppy to the emergency vet on a sunday the man dave or david laughed when i told him my neighbours dog attacked her. when he found out which dog attacked her he just laughed and said oh i wouldnt go near that dog. he would not laugh or joke if it was his dog. also i told the name and address of the owner of the dog and said they were paying. he said ok ill put that on the system so they know. however after that i kept continually being harrased by these vets for payment some one from staff a woman was continually rude and cheeky to me. i have autism and ptsd i dont like the way i was treated and was very distressed by their manner. they said i would have to get payment from the owner myself but if that was the case why did they mislead me from the start. i think they were on her side from the start because they are friends with her and she gives them more money because she has horses a dog and a cat. she still walks the dangerous dog off lead. made me lose my faith and trust in vets if they do not care about a puppy who was attacked. and only care about harrasing a disabled woman for money Read Less
