First visit with my puppy for her injections. It wasn't very easy due to social isolation, I had to put my puppy in a cage outside the door and she was collected by the vet. She got her Jags and was microchipped and she wasn't up or down. Once I got pixie back the vet came out to speak to me and could t have been any nicer. All my questions were answered.

Worst vet ever took out pregnant dog yesterday after being unwell didn’t check her temp or anything very arrogant attitude was told leave her 12 days after her due date and 36 hours when has her first pup thank goodness for the lovely vets we ended up taking her to and as for Chris ur attitude stinks

Vets are lovely. Only one consulting room in the Motherwell practice, which is a tight squeeze when they cram 3-4 student vets and nurses (and high school work experience I think) in with you and your large dog, without asking you if it's ok. However, it was the support staff that made me leave this practice last year. The girls on reception could never get anything right. Appointment days and times, prices, discounts I was due from being on their healthy pet plan, and they never did request my dog's records from my previous vet(!!). The last straw was a girl looking me in the face with big wide eyes, speaking to me like I was stupid, saying I had no appointment for my dog to be sedated when it was made a few days earlier over the phone. I stood for 15 minutes as she clicked her mouse on the computer screen like she hadn't a clue what she was doing. She took no ownership over what was clearly their mistake in not putting it in the diary. I went back to my previous practice and felt such relief at being away from W A Robb.

This vet is shocking took my dog to them on Monday 2nd off October as he wasn’t himself they told me that he was fine and gave my dog an injection to stop his diahrea (witch cost me nearly £70)wasn’t told how long it would last for or nothing and was told for a further investigation they wanted to cheage me over £300 to do blood tests and urine tests and a xray so took dog home was ok that night then the next few days he still wasn’t himself still the same so called the vet up for him to be checked again and they wanted to do all the test so I thought no I wanted a second opinion so took my dog to the vet today to be told that my dog has a heart murmur and that his prostate is sore and swollen and it cost me less to have him checked over and his new course of antibiotics and only cost me £49.00 I’m really annoyed that this wasn’t picked up when I took him and now I will never be back in this vet again I have moved my dog to another vet and won’t be back at this one and I will be recommending my dogs new vet to anyone else with a dog

First visit with my puppy for her injections. It wasn't very easy due to social isolation, I had to put my puppy in a cage outside the door and she was collected by the vet. She got her Jags and was microchipped and she wasn't up or down. Once I got pixie back the vet came out to speak to me and could t have been any nicer. All my questions were answered.

Vets are lovely. Only one consulting room in the Motherwell practice, which is a tight squeeze when they cram 3-4 student vets and nurses (and high school work experience I think) in with you and your large dog, without asking you if it's ok. However, it was the support staff that made me leave this practice last year. The girls on reception could never get anything right.
