Don’t take your beloved pet here. I’ve been a customer for14 years but since this vet centre was taken over the service has gone downhill rapidly.
My cat had an abscess on his face and the owner of the practice checked him out gave him antibiotics. However when I checked his face a day later you could lift a flap of skin from his mouth to ear. The owner who is supposedly a vet did not notice this at all. I cleaned his wound daily and it was healed within a week.
Today I took my old cat for a shave under sedation and when I phoned to find out how he was doing was told he had three teeth out and his blood work was fine. When I questioned this I was told they mixed him up with a dog.
I was then told that I had been phoned to tell me about cysts st the side of my 15 year old cats mouth. No one phoned me and I explained my cat had these cysts for 14 years and it was documented in his medical record.
We met with the owner of the practice who could not offer any explanation for what had happened to our cats. She was only interested in profit not our animals.
This practice was so good and gave personal service for years but sadly now it’s all about getting as much money as they can. Do yourself a favour and find a vet who actually cares about your much loved pet. Avoid this practice if you love your pet !!

Shabby and ramshackle, give this backstreet Vet a miss. You will pay for expensive tests and not receive paper copies of the results. You will request feedback and be spoken over and you will pay over-inflated prices for prescription medicines for your pet. Cheapskate in the extreme, do your pet a favour and book them in elsewhere.
