Was on holiday in Harrogate and noticed our dog had wet himself a couple of times, Took him to Vets4Pets and they wanted to dip his urine, urine come back with traces of blood and protein. The vet then said she needed to send the urine off to be analysed and see what the blood and urine is caused from, waited 2 days, the expensive analysed test came back with nothing, no infection no blood, she then told me the urine could've been contaminated which is why protein showed in the dip test, I then worked out, my dog wasn't weeing himself, when he was weeing he was weeing up his jumper. I paid £160 for an expensive analysed urine test he didn't need. They gave me no receipt and no test result.... Read Less

My mother was very concerned about my cat named smudge as his eye had a eye infection the size of a golf ball, so she took him to her 'vets', and I was very appalled by the way the manager spoke to her, she refers to the manager "speaking to her as a child" slandering her off and upsetting her and making her cry she is suffering from seriously bad depression and she had to leave with her cat, with the eye infection and now still suffering from a very big inflated eye. I don't suggest this vets to anyone who wants their animals treated as they have very nasty staff and a very poor attitude to customers. All they are wanting is money straight away, have no care for animals what so ever, also stating 'they aren't freebies' I'm very disgusted.Read Less
