I have used Wagtails for a while now for all my animals. Staff are very friendly and helpful the vets are amazing and helped me in many ways to do with a condition our cat has..prices are reasonably and unlike some vets they not overpriced and will not try sell you something you pet will not need and if something is cheaper online then buying it from them they tell you they do not rip u off they are care more about the animals than trying to bleed your bank dry. I would certainly recommend Wagtails to anyone who is thinking of joining with a new or existing pet.

The care and understanding they showed us was above and beyond. We brought our old lab in ... having never met him before the vet then had to tell us he was dying. We made the heartbreaking decision ...
The care and understanding they showed us was above and beyond. We brought our old lab in ... having never met him before the vet then had to tell us he was dying. We made the heartbreaking decision to put him down. The team were very respectful and let us stay with him to say goodbye for as long as we needed. When we collected his ashes the urn was beautiful and the team all wrote in a card for us. I can not say how well cared for we felt and I will highly recommend the fantastic team at wagtails. A very warm and caring team. The only place I will use in town.

I've been using Wagtails for around 8 years now and everyone there is great. We recently got a puppy and he's very anxious and excitable, so quite a handful! The nurses have always been very tolerant with him and after the experience of getting his stitches out after neutering on Wednesday, I had to write a review. He was an extremely difficult pup to take stitches out of, barking, wriggling, whining and generally freaking out, but the vet was very calm and gave him some special treats afterwards, even though we had probably taken up more of his time that we should've. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and better still, you only pay what you expect and you're never persuaded into buying specialist food like many other vets! Thank you Wagtails for being consistently awesome :)

We have used wagtails for over 10 years with our two cats, Dougal and Florence. Sadly, just over a week ago, we had to say goodbye to our handsome Dougal Puss. The vets were fantastic and fought so hard to save him, but it was not to be. All the staff are amazing and cared for Dougal all those years, especially as he was diabetic. Warm and kind, reassuring and sympathetic. Thank you so much for everything you do, you are amazing people with such big hearts. x

I have just returned from wagtails surgery. Visiting the vet can be a stressful experience for both dog and owner. I have a larger than average dog who can be a bit of a handful. He's not naughty but stubborn. The vet was absolutely brilliant with him and the experience was excellent. They were running behind time and understandable so as the dog before ours was an emergency but we were kept informed as mine because of his size was still in the car. We've used wagtails for around 5 years and all staff have always been fantastic. Even when it came to the dreaded time to say goodbye to our boy Max on Saturday morning they we're very informative, understandable, reassuring and sympathetic. We have never found a vets so good at every aspect of every visit. Our rabbit is also registered with them so we're definitely going to be returning. Highly recommend.

I have used Wagtails for a while now for all my animals. Staff are very friendly and helpful the vets are amazing and helped me in many ways to do with a condition our cat has..prices are reasonably and unlike some vets they not overpriced and will not try sell you something you pet will not need and if something is cheaper online then buying it from them they tell you they do not rip u off they are care more about the animals than trying to bleed your bank dry. I would certainly recommend Wagtails to anyone who is thinking of joining with a new or existing pet.

The care and understanding they showed us was above and beyond. We brought our old lab in ... having never met him before the vet then had to tell us he was dying. We made the heartbreaking decision to put him down. The team were very respectful and let us stay with him to say goodbye for as long as we needed. When we collected his ashes the urn was beautiful and the team all wrote in a card for us. I can not say how well cared for we felt and I will highly recommend the fantastic team at wagtails. A very warm and caring team. The only place I will use in town.

The nurses have always been very tolerant with him and after the experience of getting his stitches out after neutering on Wednesday, I had to write a review. We have used wagtails for over 10 years with our two cats, Dougal and Florence. Sadly, just over a week ago, we had to say goodbye to our handsome Dougal Puss. He's not naughty but stubborn. The vet was absolutely brilliant with him and the experience was excellent.
