Fantastic service from the Vet who serviced my Cat Onyx. However the front desk staff who saw us walk in and sit down, never bothered to once ask if we needed their assistant.
Since they were already helping someone we walked in and sat down. Once they were finished they just ignored us. Claiming to have 'Not saw us'
