The worst veterinary practice I have ever had the miss fortune of using Despite scanning my dog and actually opening her up to remove puppies that she lost The surgeon referring to the the operation as we have thoroughly SCRUBBED her out Nice choice of words !!!! Following her going to put of hours vets Emergency vets were not sure why she was declining as she was showing positive signs of improvement After rescanning my dog Lp a puppy was found entire in its sack l.This had been missed by Vets4pets Middlesbrough completly The puppies were near enough full term so a good size If you look on her x-ray you can clearly see the puppies skull and spine. Absolutely a outrageous my dog Lady Penelope has to be put to sleep following the removal of the missed puppy as all her organs and tissues were so severely damaged I'm heartbroken I have yet to have a resolution I will not be ignored Admission of what you have done still needs to be addressed I can't get my girl back but you could at least show some respect and compassion Not even an apology The practice manger has been nothing more then ignorant and useless so far when my son and I have reached out for some sort of justice!! I couldn't ask for a more friendly and caring vets for my animals. Appointment were quick to make, the receptionists have a lovely warming attitude to greet you with. The vet is interested in the pet not the cost ( unlike other vets I have been to) they listen to you, check your pet over and once all the problems have been discussed they discuss the cost. It is not as expensive as vets I have used in the past. The whole experience for the animal is less stressful also. I have 10 cats & a dog none of which had a good start in life, so a caring vet is important to me and them. I would recommend everyone to at least try pets4vets. Read Less
